"ughhhh." the whole class groaned in unison.

"come on guys, that was pretty funny." ms. pierce said, laughing at our principals joke.
"come out tonight to support the girls volleyball team at home! JV starts at 5:30 and varsity falls right after." our principal announced over the loud speaker.
i smiled to myself, i can't wait for this game tonight!
the person who sits behind me patted me on the shoulder and said a quick, "goodluck!". after they did it, the 2 people sitting next to me wished me luck as well.
"thanks guys." i responded to all of them.
soon the announcements ended, and ms. peirce immediately got onto her computer and started doing who knows what on it. everyday before she starts to teach, she'll sit on the computer for a good 10 minutes. although she gets to go on the computer, we're still not allowed to get out our phones.
me being the extreme dare devil i am, got out my phone. i put my head down on my desk and held my phone close to my face under it so my teacher wouldn't see, and got on snapchat.

i responded back with a picture of me closing my eyes and smiling, captioning it 'good morning ethan :)))'.
i sent him my snapchat and then responded to everyone else's, before my teacher started talking again.
"okay ladies and gentlemen, today we're going to be learning about the inner workings of buying a franchise." ms. pierce announced.
holy shit, this is going to be a long class.

the JV game starts in 15 minutes, all the girls on JV are warming up and peppering with each other on the court.
tonight's a big game, it's not our rival game, but so far the team we're playing is un-defeated. not only are they un-defeated, we're un-defeated as well. there can only be one winner, which leaves one of us defeated after tonight.
