Chapter 1
Fiddling with my crescent moon necklace, sitting in the back of the class while Mr.Moore droned on about the human body. I decided it was time to leave. I reached into my jacket taking out the homemade grenade.
What? It's not like you wouldn't thank me for giving you an escape out of Mr.Moore's torture lectures. I sat up and shook the grenade under the black table. As quickly as I could, I rolled it far away enough for it to work its magic without it effecting me.
Not soon enough the cap flew up letting the foam to gush out with the strong smell of vinegar and baking soda following. I dashed out of the classroom so by the time the foam reached my table I was far gone.
I walked down the empty hallways of Marlsegate academy, my private school. The only sound heard were of my combat boots on the dark red carpet.
I plugged in my head phones and listened to one of my favorite songs by pierce the veil "The first punch." I slowly made my way out of building c, which is the building where all the classrooms were at including the auditorium. To my left were the dorms, half for the girls and the other half was for the boys.I made my way towards the cafeteria which was in building A or on the right side of building C.
Building A contained the cafeteria, main office, which literally should just be a part of my schedule as a class period because that's where I tend to spend most of my time, not by choice , and the teachers lounge etc.I bobbed my head to the music as I walked through the soulless courtyard or so I thought was soulless, two figures were heading up the pathway from the gate. They stopped a good ten feet away as I kept going towards my destination. Hmm well if they're newbies then I'm sure they'll find someone who might care enough to help them, and guessing by the suitcases next to them they were fresh meat.
I quickly sent a text to my one and only friend Jas, letting her know where I'd be .
So far in my sad, god forsaken life, I only have two people whom I care about deeply ; Jasmine Winston, who broke down my walls like dominoes, nothing stopped that girl from breaking down my poor little walls. She just came bombarding in no matter how how rude I was our how much I insulted her, she would just brush my snobby comments aside as if I were telling her about the weather forecast. As for my dad, well he's my dad I had to have a soft spot for him. My mother was killed when I was just five years old so I don't remember much about her, I grew up mostly alone some people think that her absence in my life is the reason why i am the way I am but I don't seem to think so.
I don't get to see my dad as much as he and I would like. His job prevents him from seeing me because of how dangerous it is, you see my dad owns a company/factory making different types of weapons mostly guns and ammunition, might not seem so dangerous right? Well it is when a bunch of bad people want their hands on such weapons, that's the reason I'm here. Far far far away from my dad. At least that's the excuse my dad comes up with, The only good thing that came out of it was that I obviously got to learn how to use a gun.
Anyways as I was making my way towards building A my headphones are suddenly plugged out of my ears. I feel my hands turning into iron fist, not literally but I wish I mean c'mon who doesn't want iron FIST!?
I turn to glare at the idiot who dared come near me. Two guys stood there and it didn't take a genius to know that these idiots were the two figures. The idiot next to me had black gelled hair, black eyes, he looked to be 5'11 and he had a stupid smirk on which I was gladly ready to swipe off ! The second idiot was still standing on the gate pathway looking bored, I couldn't see his eye color, but he had straight black shaggy hair, a greatly built body, and looked to be a little taller than idiot#1.
