Avoid mistakes if any. Just completed the chp.
The cake was bought and Mukti lead the way of Mr and Mrs Malhotra to the cake. Khurrana's and Murthy's were at the first line along with Manik's friends and rest of the guest were surrounded around them. Nandini ran away from Manik blushing and reached at the last row of the crowd.
Manik too followed her along with a smile. By this time everybody were ready for the cake cutting ceremony but nyonika saw Manik's absence which is why she asked.
Nyo-Manik kaha hai?
With this the crowd started looking around for Manik and he was walking like a king. Seeing him coming close people moved a little to make way for him. Manik too reached close to walk ahead but before that he silently holded Nandini's wrist and pulled her making her walk behind him.
Nandini who was composing herself on reaching the crowd got shocked when he held her wrist and made her walk along with him and seeing the people over there she got nervous. Everybody were seeing Manik but nyonika saw their hands and smiled inwardly.
On reaching close to his friends Manik left Nandini and came to his parents behaving all innocent. He rubbed his palms and said.
Ma-let's start.
Mr and Mrs Malhotra started cutting the cake and everybody were congratulating them. After a good moment of this where both of them feeded their kids and then got busy with close friends and relatives who were feeding them.
Getting the chance Manik looked at Nandini and feeling some strong gaze on her Nandini looked around and soon her eyes met his. When he was sure that she was looking at him, he cut a piece of cake and took a bite from it.
Nandini was seeing this, then Manik placed that piece of cake on the disposable plate placed there and started walking in her direction . He kept that on the table near her were a flower vase was placed and walked away purposely hitting his shoulder with her's.
It was then Nandini noticed the flower vase table and saw the cake. She looked at the cake and kept staring it for a few moments until she picked it up and took a bite from there only from where Manik had taken a bite.
Having a bite she blushed and then realised what she did. She started thinking that what she did and why? And did anyone see her eating like that. After looking at the entire hall at last her gaze fell on Manik who was looking at her with a smile and that smile said that he saw everything.
Winking at her, he left from there and Nandini blushed harder. Her blushing session was abruptly interrupted by Mukti who came to her.
Mu-Nandini........
Nandini got alert but Mukti stopped and asked being worried.
Mu-are you okay........?
Nandini got scared and asked stammering.
Nan-ha.......haan......tum......aiseeeee kyu..... puch rhi ho?
Mu-tumhare gaal lal hogaye hai na Isliye.....
Nandini immediately palmed her cheeks to feel it warm while Mukti said.
Mu-is everything okay?
