Avoid mistakes if any.
Manik was playing with the boys as Nandini was out of his sight, while Nandini came in the room of the boy. The boy was wrapping up the colours and stuff. Seeing Nandini he smiled. Nandini sat down beside him and then took him in her lap.
Then she explained that how to sell a painting, she asked about what he will do of the money that she will give him. The boy told her that the baby she was holding, he treats her like his sister and he will save for her better future. Nandini smiled, kissed his temple and then said.
Nan-okay........now when you sell the paining.... it should always have your autograph.
B-autograph?
Nandini giggled and said.
Nan-yes.........autograph is like a sign.......while it's your trademark.......your name can be your autograph too.
The boy understood what's an autograph so he bobbed his head. Then Nandini picked up the painting and said.
Nan-ab ispe apna autograph do.
The boy smiled sweetly and looked at Nandini sideways as he was sitting on her lap. With the boy being in the lap. Nandini picked up the painting, a board under it and colours. She handed him the brush and told him to write his name on the painting.
The boy took a brief moment to decide the colour that would suit the painting. Being an borned artist he took time to decide the colour. Then he dipped his brush in the painting and was about to write his name but was confused with the spelling. He asked Nandini's help and she held his small hand and they together wrote the name.
Once this was done the boy looked at his name as autograph on the painting and Nandini clapped for his achievement. She caressed his side hair and the boy rested in her lap. After spending some good time. Nandini gave him cash but in small amount and promised to send a small amount of his painting every month so that the money doesn't get stolen.
The boy agreed and then both of them came outside where Manik was playing. The boy left Nandini and joined Manik. Even Manik liked the boy too immediately. Nandini was a bit tired that's why she was sitting on the staircase when a girl approached her and asked if she could make a different kind of hairstyle for her.
Nandini agreed so the girl gave her the comb and a band. She sat in front of Nandini who started combing her hair as gently as she could. Manik smiled looking at the scene and remembered how kind is Nandini.
While few mins before when Nandini was busy with the boy, Manik had sneaked out and came to mother to offer help but then he got to knew that Nandini have given so much that they could last for a year and in this year all the expensive could be saved which will help them for the next year.
In this way a cycle will start soon that they would have sufficient for every year. Still Manik gave her a cheque of big amount but didn't put any date and asked her to use in case of emergency.
Anyways, while combing her hair, Nandini was talking to the baby when a mini tempo entered the orphanage gate and soon a few workers started putting gunnysacks on their back. Nandini knew what it was. Care taker was asked to keep it in safe place.
