Mr Singhania and maddy were eating quitely all ready in their office attire until Mr Singhania broke the silence.

Maddy is not a negative character person, this thickness of his towards the world is due to some reasons. He has seen how his father have struggled to survive in this harsh world, he was not born rich which is why he have felt those times when he had to sacrifice many things or desires due to their financial condition.
To add more to it, their real struggle was when his mother was diagnosed with blood cancer, the harsh words and insults his father have gone through from relatives to strangers during the treatment of his mother snatched all his innocence and his softness towards this world, the people and God.
Had people had them a little they could have prolonged his mother's untimely death. After performing the last ritual of his mother, some kind of a craze gave birth in maddy's head and he started working day and night.
Didn't see the time, just got busy in conquering the money in this world. Which is why in a short span on time Singhania's were in the list of top business man in Asia.
His irritation towards marriage is not coz he doesn't respect women's. Infact he respects every women but those high class parties which he started attending after getting rich, showed him a different world of lust and that's why he fears to get hooked up with a wrong girl and spoil his entire hardwork.
Another reason was that he didn't wanted any hi-fi girl to insult of disrespect his father. Mr Singhania is aware of the every damage or scar that maddy has but the love he had with his wife gave him a hope that this world is still not cruel as it is seen or shown.
His this hope got a face in yesterday's party in the name of Nandini. He knew Murthy's are the one of those good people who believes in humanity. They don't care abt money and status which is why sending a proposal to Nandini for madhyam is not a bad idea.
Coming back to their conversation, Mr Singhania further said by keeping his love filled hand on maddy's hard hand to pass that warmth in him.
