Up All Night.

Jennie arrived home and thanked Yuta for sending her.
She changed into her pajamas and washed up before going to bed.
Someone had sent a message to her. Jennie took her phone and checked the message.
"I hope you are feeling better" - TY
Jennie smiled. He cares so much about her.
"Yes, I am. Thank you for the wish" Jennie replied.
"I freaked out when you started crying. What made you cry, tough girl?" Taeyong asked.
Jennie laughed. He never fails in making stupid jokes at times.
"Wanna know? Hm, I'll tell you later if I want to?" Jennie joked.
"Smh whatever Jennie. Have a good rest. Goodnight" Taeyong replied.

Jennie went to school as usual but she was feeling guilty about what had happened to Taehyung.
Jennie erased the thoughts of him and continued walking to her class.
"What's up TY?" Jennie asked when she saw him.
Taeyong chuckled. "I'm good how about you? You look like you are in a good mood" He said.
"Well not really but yeah. I am still breathing" Jennie said. Taeyong hit her arm lightly.
"Stop joking around! Now go to class you are late! Bye, see you later!" Taeyong said and waved to Jennie.
"Bye..Taeyong" Jennie whispered softly as she looked he disappeared out of her sights.

"Now tell us why you cried last night" Jisoo said. Lisa and Rosè nodded in unison.
"Would you mind?" Jennie asked.
"Of course! We are best friends and we need to know why you were crying" Rosè added.
"Jisoo said you cried last night so I was worried and didn't remain calm but I didn't want to bother you" Lisa said.
"I'm fine now guys thanks for caring about me. Well, last night.. I saw Taehyung outside of the pub and he was smoking at that time. I didn't recognize him at first because the alley was dark. Then he saw me and there were tears' stains on his face. And he was drunk too..but then he passed out and i had to carry him to a room with Junhoe's help and then Taehyung cried in his sleep and I went to comfort him.." Jennie said and started to sob.
"I-i was reminded of our past. We had so many memories together. That's why i cried" Jennie told. She hid her face and cried again.
Moving on is never easy.
Lisa went to Jennie and give her a hug. She caressed her hair and her back.
"It's okay it's okay. I know what you feel" Lisa said to comfort her. Jisoo and Rosè looked at Jennie with a worried look.
Jennie almost made it to fully moving on from Taehyung but then he appeared again.
"It takes time..but I know you can do it" Rosè said.
Jisoo nodded, as she agreed with what Rosè had said. "I feel so bad..even when he was the one who left me" Jennie said.

Taeyong overheard their conversation. He got disappointed that Jennie still hasn't moved on from her ex, Taehyung. He thought she has moved on completely from him.

Taeyong walked away with his hands in his pockets.

"I thought our friendship means something special to you" Taeyong whispered to himself.

He believed Jennie has moved on but it turned out she hasn't. And it made him disappointed.
Taeyong went to the school garden and sat there playing with his phone to kill time before he went back to his class.

"Um..h-hi" a voice came from his side.
Taeyong looked at his side and found,a girl he never seen standing by his side with a gift in her hands.
"Um hey" Taeyong replied. He's used to girls coming to him alone to confess their feelings for him.
"Ac-actually,em..my friend dared me to give this to you. I-i don't know if you like it b-but this is for you" the girl said and gave it to him rushingly.
Taeyong took the gift. "Oh—i see. Okay thanks" he thanked.
"Do you have a girlfriend?" The girl asked.
Taeyong chuckled. "What do you think?"
The girl scratched the back of her neck.
"I .. i don't know. I guess you don't have any?" The girl guessed.
"Maybe yes maybe no. No need to figure it out. I don't want to make anyone's heart broken again. What's your name btw?" Taeyong said as he peeked to read the girl's name tag.
"Chungha" the girl told.
"Oh. So your name is Chungha. And i never met you before are you new here?" Taeyong asked.
"Kind of. Since you have received my gift, i'll get going now. I really hope if we could be friends you know?" Chungha said while smiling.
"Yeah sure i'm friends with everyone after all" Taeyong said.
"You must be kidding me. You are not,Taeyong!" Chungha jokingly said.
"Hey i'm friendly okay! I just talk less" Taeyong defended himself.
"Noted! I'll get going first. Bye Taeyong see you around!!" Chungha said before leaving Taeyong.

"Johnny,do you know Chungha? The new kid?" Taeyong asked. Johnny stared at him as he tried to remember any girls name Chungha he had met.
"Oh! That one! Yes i know her why?" Johnny asked.
"She talked to me just now and i never seen her until today" Taeyong told while he drank his water.
"She is really pretty you know. Try to talk to her more" Johnny suggested.
"She gave me something. I don't want to give her fake hope?" Taeyong said.
"Calm down bro i was just saying. It's just that..it's impossible you haven't seen her around. She is quite popular among the students you know?" Johnny told.
Taeyong raised his eyebrow. "Really? Why do i never noticed her then?"
"Because your eyes are on Jennie the entire time" Johnny said while rolling his eyes.
Taeyong scoffed. "I am not looking at her the entire time,dummy."
"Tell me more lies Taeyong and i'd analyse it for you" Johnny said. Taeyong smacked Johnny's arm.
"Stop talking bullshit,Johnny. Ugh you are getting on my nerves. I'm going first! Bye!" Taeyong said as he left Johnny alone at his desk and went to his seat.

Jennie saw Taeyong walking in the crowd of students.
He was walking alone. "Taeyong!!" Jennie called. But Taeyong didn't hear.
And Taeyong went to use another corridor as he heard Jennie calling for him.
"Why am i so dumb?!!" Taeyong scolded himself. It wasn't a serious matter but he felt somehow betrayed.
"Whatever!" He grunted and quickened his pace to arrive on time.

"Why he didn't hear me calling him?" Jennie thought to herself.
"Maybe it was too loud just now?" Jennie thought.
"It's okay i'll meet him after school" Jennie said and smiled afterwards.

"Chungha is so pretty isn't she?" Johnny asked Taeyong when they were buying things at the school mart.
"Why are you always talking about her? Are you into her?" Taeyong asked.
"Ey! She's into you bruh. Friendship over love,remember?" Johnny said.
"By the way she's here" he added.
"Who?" Taeyong cluelessly asked.
"Chungha" Johnny told. Taeyong looked aside and saw Chungha beside him.
"Hello" Chungha greeted them.
"Hello there" Johnny replied. Taeyong just smiled to Chungha.
"You guys don't have any class?" Chungha asked. Both Taeyong and Johnny shook their head.
"For the time being.." Taeyong replied
"I think i'm done buying my stuffs. I am paying now!! bye Taeyong!" Johnny said and left him alone with Chungha.
Taeyong was about to strain Johnny from leaving but he was faster than him.
"Are you going to stay here forever?" Chungha asked. Taeyong chuckled.
"Do not diss me" Taeyong joked and went to the counter to pay. Chungha followed him from behind.

"So where do you live?" Chungha asked when they were on their way to their class.
"That's my privacy" Taeyong said and chuckled.
"Oh gosh please don't think I'm your stalker because I'm not!" Chungha replied.
"Okay kidding. I live nearby. But not nearby our school" Taeyong told.
And their conversation went on until both of them went separate ways to their own class.

Jennie's eyes landed on the figures infront of her. Taeyong didn't see her.
"Oh..he found himself a new girl friend?" Jennie said to herself. She clearly remembers Taeyong told her she is the only girl friend he's closed to.
"Why are you being selfish,Jen? Let him be" Jennie tried to comfort her own ego.

The bell rung and the students rushed out of their classes.
"Finally a long day has come to an end" Jisoo said while yawning.
Jennie just nodded. She felt tired.
"Jichuu" Someone called from behind and it's none other than her boyfriend,Nakamoto Yuta.
"Yeah Yuta how was your day?" Jisoo asked, being the caring girlfriend she is.
"Mine was good. How about you?" Yuta asked.
Jennie saw Taeyong walking behind Yuta.
She smiled at him but he ignored her presence there and walked past by them.
"Is Taeyong okay?" Jisoo asked Yuta.
"I don't know. He's quiet today. We didn't talk much either" Yuta told.
Jennie was hurt by Taeyong's coldness.
"Did i do something wrong?" Jennie thought to herself as her eyes looking at Taeyong walking out of the school.
