(Y) POV
I jumped out the way as he rushed towards the wall
He turned around as he clicked a button
Fisk: get the chopper ready [cracks fingers] it won't be long.
I glass door closed separating us.
Fisk: surprised you made it thus for, but your foolishness ends here.
(Y): You do know I can still break the glass right?
He started making a long monologue about how he's been trying to keep the officers off his trail
(Y): (wait... spider-sense is kicking in!)
I did a flip away as a turret started firing then I noticed three more came out
(Y): for me? You shouldn't have.
They begun firing at a rapid pace with me dodging behind a pillar
I shot a web at one of the turrets making it stop
I jumped out of my cover shooting at the other turrets.
Fisk: what are you doing!?
I shot my web and started pulling it off its spot swinging it to the other turrets destroy them
Fisk: how is this happening!?
(Y): what's wrong Fisk? You seem angry.
Fisk: damn it Spider-Man, I will destroy you.
He rushed at me
I webbed him as I started to attack he got out the web and punched me onto the ground
He went charging again as I webbed his face making him run into the wall
(Y): hey watch where you're running Fisk!
I then swung a vase at him
He got up and tackled me sending us through a wall
He slammed me into a pipe and tried to punch me missing so he throws me through a wall
Fisk: you're everything that's wrong with this city!
I got up
(Y): guess we both have something in common.
More men walked in
Fisk: you know what to do men.
Fisk's thug: yes sir.
I disarmed one of them and smacked Fisk with one of the guns before jumping and webbing the thugs to the ceiling
I charged up to Fisk and started kicking him while dodging his punches
The other thugs went up to punch me as I kept dodging them
Fisk's second thug: he's to fast.
Fisk: I don't want excuses, that's why I gave you all guns!
I jumped over them swinging a book case over them
Fisk: what ever, I can handle this myself.
He picked me up and slammed me through the floor
I swung to the roof as he came falling down shooting my webs on the ground slinging myself on top breaking the glass floor
He then again thrown me as I swung back to him kicking him off the little bridge thing in his office
I started punching him as we made it to the first floor of the building as I webbed him in the air
(Y): so that was a Fisky battle *chuckles*
Timeskip
(Y) POV
The police had him hand cuffed as they escorted him to the police car
I jumped on top the police car
(Y): finally off to prison, huh? I think you have more enemies in there then I do, right?
Fisk: if you think this will be more then a minor inconvenience you thought wrong.
(Y): gotta go, good luck Fisk. Have a feeling your gonna need it
I jumped off as he got put in the car
Fisk: you idiot, I'm the one who kept order in this city! One month! In one month you'll wish to have me back!
They drove off
(Y): well that was a something.
???: hey Spider-Man, I have questions to ask you.
I turned to see Asuka from school
(Y): what is it.
Asuka: I'm from the Daily Bugle and I need you answer some questions for my new article.
(Y): oh, maybe you can ask me later today.
I swung off to a rooftop
(Y): I should call Yumi to see how she's doing.
I called her
Yumi: so (Y), are you ready now?
(Y): yeah, and Yumi. I'm sorry for my absence lately, you know how the doc is.
Yumi: yeah, I guess.
(Y): see you later Yumi.
She hanged up
