Madison: Hey how you doing? (Max's eyes starts) Max: nothing I'm fine. Madison: tell me
Kelsey: wait what happen? Madison: Max's parents are fighting and might get a divorce (Madison looks at Madison) Madison: what? (Max shows Madison and Kelsey the group chat text) Kelsey: Oh my god Madison: No! Max: Look like you got a new roommate Kelsey: max I'm so sorry why don't you wanna live with you're mom? Max: my mom is an alcoholic I can't live someone like that. Kelsey: ohhh at least you'll have Madison. Madison: My parents wouldn't mind at all they love you. Max: Thank you so much. Madison: it's no trouble. Max: Like I said I love you! Madison: I love you more.
Max gets a phone call from her dad Stan
Stan: Hey sweetie. Max: why are you talking me? Stan: Max just let me— Max: No dad why are you doing this?! Stan: Honey please! I love you I'm sorry! Max: No your not and if you love me you wouldn't leave me like an animal I expected more from you! Stan: I'm sorry. Max: that's not gonna cut it don't call me don't text me don't visit me I'm officially done with you! I'm living with Madison and her family for now on. Stan: why? Max: Madison is better then you guys she doesn't leave me like you. Stan: Max I really don't wanna lose you please! Max: you should've done that before you left mom and I. Stan: God damn it I told you that I was sorry. Max: you really don't get it don't you?! (Max builds up her anger) you don't just leave you're family behind in the street like that who the hell does that to their family?! Seriously Stan!. Stan: so your not calling me dad anymore?. Max: you don't deserve to be called that anymore. Stan: Max please. Max: Look you had you're chance I don't think you can make this better. I think you need to go. Stan: Well I never wanted a daughter anyways (Stan storms out, max breaks down crying running to Madison)
Madison: Max come here it's okay. Max: it's so unfair. Madison: You don't deserve this but I'll take care of you. Max: thank you so much.
That day in midnight Max's dream.
Max: MADISON!!! HELP!!!!! AHH!!! Madison: Max where are you! Max? (Max immediately wakes up, she looks around the room and sees Madison lying in bed) Madison: Hey you ok...max? Max: huh? Um I- I think so (Max coughed up blood) Max: w-What's happening to me? (Max past out barely breathing her face turns pale) Madison: Max?... Max?! Mom! Dad! ( Parents Stacie and Tom storms in) Stacie: what! Tom: is everything alright?! Madison: it's max Tom: let's bring her to the hospital.
That same night the time was 4:30am
Madison is next to the hospital bed where max is laying on it's just her and max alone while parents Stacie and Tom are waiting in the waiting room. Madison looking at max with nothing but worry ness and she's shaking her legs and her foot tapping on the floor. Next minute the doctors comes in
Doctor: Hello my name is doctor Karla Santino I will be taking care of Maxine Backer for this evening it looks like Maxine has affection in her lungs that might be serious to figure out if she has cancer or not we might not know for sure as of right now but she'll be unconscious maybe minimum to 4 to 5 weeks she'll remain here for whenever she wakes up but she can still can hear you if you talk to her. Madison: She's gonna be ok right? Doctors: Well we won't know unless we get full information Madison: can I stay with her? Doctor: we can make that work if you like.
Kelsey walks through the doors and enters the room.
Kelsey: Hey I just got your text how's she? Madison: the doctor said she's gonna be unconscious for about 4 to 5 weeks they're keeping her here until she wakes up I'm so god damn worried oh my god. Kelsey: so she won't be coming to school? Madison: I won't be going either. Kelsey: mads! Madison: it's max kels I can't leave her! Kelsey: we can come back after school. Madison: If we only come back here. Kelsey: we will Madison: can I have a few minutes? Kelsey: then we have to go to school. Madison: ok.
The next morning Kelsey and Madison walks to school.
Madison: Kelsey what'd we gonna do? Kelsey: all we can do is hope that she'll be ok. Madison: yeah Kelsey: Let's Go we're gonna be late to class. Evan: Hey have you guys seen max? Madison: it's along story she's in the hospital Evan: oh my god! Is she ok? Kelsey: we're hoping so.
A few hours later....
Madison returns to the hospital siting the same chair as last night and this morning.
Madison:Hey M I missed you at school today uh oh get this Evan tanner asked for you today can you believe that?! And he looked such a babe you'd freak!. I know you can hear me so I'm happy about that. I miss you so much school isn't really the same without you.
With an unexpected surprise visitor Evan walks through the door)
Evan: Hey can I have a moment alone I'd really love to talk to max for a second. Madison: yeah sure. Evan: thanks
Madison looked over her shoulder at max as Evan sat down the same chair as Madison was sitting in
Evan: Hey max the doctor Madison and Kelsey told me everything of what happen I'm sorry about that. But anyways I came by because I wanted to tell you that I was the one that send you the unknown text I know I should've been up front with it but I figured I'd told you that I was just wanted to tell you that. I'll see you when you wake up.
Madison walks back In the room sitting back In the same spot.

Max: At the time I didn't know what to do besides me in a coma for already the second day and I'm already bored as hell I love Madison for trying but she's making it even more boring. Sorry Madison i love you. If she's already known that. But wait a minute did Evan tanner say he's in love with me? God damn he's hot as shit! It's not that bad I'm in a coma I would've been on fire making people laugh! HAHA I'm golden oh well time to snoop in whatever Madison will do next.
Madison sighs loudly and stairs at max

Madison: Hey babe I know your still asleep but I just want to know what's on you're mind. I promise when you wake up I'll protect you no matter what! I love you so much.
