A Single Moment Of Sincerity

Chapter six

Sam quickly unlocked the garage. Once he did that I hugged.

"Ring an  ambulance" I screamed while hugging him.

I heard Ben ringing the ambulance while Danny called the police.

"Sam mums  in there" I screamed trying to get him to let go of me.

After about ten minutes of me screaming and crying into sams arms I heard sirens coming down the street.

"Ben can you take her" sam said passing me off.

Everything was a blur I just heard people shouting and then somebody grab me and pull me away from ben.

"Hello My Names Haley are you okay sweetheart" this women said I could tell she was a paramedic.

"My mum she's in there" I said she quickly walked over to a police officer who wrote something down.

While nobody was looking at me I ran to the tree that I was used to climbing because of sneaking hiding from my dad. I quickly climbed it and went into my room. I snuck out of my bedroom being careful not to make a sound.

I entered the main bathroom to see my mum sat trying to hide bruises by using makeup.

"Mum" I whispered.

She looked around blood still poring from her head.

"Get out now" she said.

I went to grab my mother as somebody grabbed my arm I was spun around until I was facing my father.

"Please let her go to the hospital and get her head seen to" I said trying to wriggle out of my father grasp.

"Your not going anywhere" he said pushing until I fell and hit my head on the bath tub. After that everything faded to black.

Sams POV

"Shes in there" I yelled  at an officer who was ment to be doing his job.

"Son I'm going to have to ask you to calm down" the officer said as Danny came up to me.

"Ben I told you to watch her" I yelled furiously

The police officers began to actually attempt to get the door down. It took them a few Attempts but it was eventually down. After a few minutes I saw a police officer come out with my father in handcuffs. He was placed in the back of a car while another officer signalled for the paramedics to go inside.

"They will be alright sam." Danny said comforting me.

"It's not my mum I'm worried about it's lyric. When she was little she was in a car accident and ever since she's had to be carful not to hit her head" I said panicking.

After about ten minutes I saw my mother walk out of the house crying she was told to sit in a chair while a women checked her head. Not long I was horrified to see my sister come out of the house on a stretcher unconscious. I ran up to the ambulance that she was being put in they told me that her mum was going to be riding in the ambulance aswell and they asked me to drive myself down.

"I'm going to the hospital do you two want to come" I asked panicking.

"I've been asked to go to the police station to give a statement" Danny said

"I'll drive sam you can't drive in a state like this" ben said.

He lead me to Danny's car which was parked down the road since Danny trusted him with it. With both quickly rushed in. Ben drove a little over the speed limit so that we could get to the hospital quickly.
