I woke up this morning to the sound of my alarm I quickly shut it off ind rolled over. There  was no way I was going to get through today in school. I quickly stood up and walked to my door making sure to unlock it after I did so I waddled to the bathroom busting for a piss. I walked over to my sink and brushed my teeth and applying my makeup to cover the mark my wonderful 'father' had managed to make last night

After my makeup was done I walked into my room and pulled my uniform in to my body. After a few minutes of scrolling through Instagram I decided to drag my body down the stairs and out of the door. I prayed that somebody handed my bad into student reception because if not I was so screwed. My mother would kill me if she found out I had lost it.

I walked to Alex's house because if I didn't usually see her it ment  she was still at her house. I lightly knocked on the door but there was no answer. Great! She's not even going to come to school today.

I walked the rest of the way to school with my headphones in. I kind of missed when u was younger. Back then me and my cousin would walk to school dancing about she was only two years older the I was. She moved schools into an all dance academy because she dreamed to be a dancer. While she was at school she would stand by my side through thick and thin nobody would be able to upset me because if they did they would be the first person on there case.

I dragged my feet through the main doors and walked straight to my locker. To find a note attached to it.

Hey lyric don't let anyone get you down the world is full of terrible people but do not shed a tear because those who are mean are big begging to be noticed. Your my little Melody.

It didn't say who had wrote the note but I could tell it wasn't Danny Derrick Alex or Johnnie.
Because I knew all of there handwriting. So I wonder who it could be. I locked at my time table in my locker making sure to secure the note in  a safe place. To my luck I had maths which nobody sat next to me in. I walked into my maths called to see the space next to me wasn't empty. 

"Our lyric this is Ben he is going to be sitting the from now on" mrs lock-dale said

"Oh" was the only thing that escaped my lips. Great just fucking  great the one lesson I enjoyed is now gonna be ruined

"Hey" ben said as I sank into my seat

I chose to not reply because I didn't want to feel stupid if this was some stupid thing he had with Danny.

"I brought you your bag you left it in science yesterday" ben said again

"Thank you" I said giving him a smile.

After that the teacher asked everybody to settle down. We began working though our course work that we had been given I noticed ben struggling on a question about multiplying factions.

"You multiple across so you times the top numbers and then the button number and then for divided you use kfc. Keep change flip so you keep the first fraction the same and change the divide into a times as well as flipping the last question" I explained as he looked at me shocked.

"Well didn't know I was sitting next to...."

"A nerd" somebody behind us cut off causing the class to began to erupt with laughter. Including ben but his eyes looked like they where disappointed in hisself

. I just sighed and carried on with my work once I was done I placed everything in my binder and then pulled out my sketch book. I drew a bunch of musical notes think of the note left on my locker. 'Melody' it had a beautiful ring to it.  I loved the thought of somebody being nice to me since I never really had that.

After a while Danny busty through the maths door since we had a full day of maths due to our exam coming up soon.

"Danny why the hell are you in here" mrs lock dale asked as Danny cane over and pulled a chair in front of Ben.

"Got sent in here again miss same old you should know the drill" Danny said grabbing his sheets out of his bag.

"Hey dude feel sorry for you" Danny said to Ben aiming the last part at the fact the ben was placed next to me.

"Yeah I know right" ben said laughing. After that ben turned his attention to me

"So lyric did you and Alex break up is that why she not at school" Danny said and Ben chuckled.

"She not my girlfriend she has a boyfriend and I'm straight" I said continuing to sketch finally had stuff like flowers and butterflies.

"About as straight as a round about" ben said causing Danny to give him a high five .

"Why don't the both of you just FUCK OFF" I said tuning the page in my sketchbook.

This time Drew a grin reaper hanging over a Girl sat under a tree watching the sunset. There were crows all around. I pulled out my art supplies and began to colour it all in it mostly consisted of dull colours to give the effect of sadness.

Drawing had always been one of my passions since i was 9 it was my way of escaping reality mostly   when  I had something bad going on in my life.

After a couple of hours the school bell finally rang to dismiss us I walked to my locker and placed a note on it. Saying

I like the word Melody it has a beautiful ring to it I hope whomever you are sees this note please give me some sort of hit to who you are. 

After taping that to my locker I walked home. I carefully Opened the door being carful to to make a sound.

"Hey up sis" my brother said

"Sammy your back I've missed you so much" I said tackling him into a hug.

He had been away for a few months working on learning how to play guitar he always had a musically talent. I was the first one to notice it.

"Guess which amazing brother bought you a signed black veil brides poster" sam said smiling.

"Well sam I only have one brother so I'm guessing that would be you" I said as he handed me the poster

If it was for my brother I think I would of fallen down the path of self harm drunk and drugs. But he was always the for me even if I couldn't see or speak to him I new he was still there. My mum and dad always treated him perfectly so he didn't believe what I would say about them so he had no clue of what happens when he's out.

"Sam I'm going to bed it's been a long day we need to go for a coffee tomorrow. Oh thank you for volunteering to pay for food tomorrow is generous" I said laughing and running up stairs.
