Ambush

It had been a few days now since January started. It was late at night time and the CIA base in Pasi was close to empty. Many workers had gone home because of the hour . . . not all though.

Blake and his crew of betrayers were assembled in the meeting hall. There were about eighty agents in all who agreed with him and they were all prepared to go to death while trying to destroy the fifteen.

"Good, so we're all here." He said after counting all of the people. He was standing up on a pedestal. "Now, we all know why we're gathered here."

"We're gonna take those freaks down! They're bad news!" Cried a man from the crowd. Everyone cheered in agreement.

Kevin who was standing at the right in front of Blake looked around at all the hooting people. He was dressed up in the agent field uniform and had a gun at his side. "Agent Blake?" He went to the man's side and tapped his waist.

After pumping a fist up and hooting along with everyone Blake looked down at the kid they agreed to let join them. "What is it little man?" He faced the people. "Hey, this here is Kevin, I don't know what surname we gave to him. He's the kid who gave us the idea of putting an end to all the fifteen! Give it up for him!"

The room clapped for the boy.

Kevin shook his head. "Blake, don't you remember what we agreed on? We're only taking two of them down. You know, the dangerous ones?" He held up two fingers. "Jesy and Jin?" Blake had told him not to attend any of the ambush meetings because he needed to concentrate on studying to become an agent. He had listened, thinking that the man had been looking out for him but now he felt like he should have been there to stop this misunderstanding from happening.

The youngest turned to face everyone. "We're only taking down Jin and Jesy okay everyone?" He shouted hoping that his soft voice carried. The last thing he wanted was for Namjoon to get hurt. I mean, I think he's on vacation with Jin now but they were probably planning on going to where ever they were to take care of them.

The men present mumbled in grouchy confusion. "Who is that kid?"

"Who brought a doll?" They questioned.

Kevin gulped as it did not seem that they took him seriously. He was about to say something else but heard a deep laugh at his back that made his spine shiver.

Blake put a hand at the boy's back. "You see, about that. We think that if we're gonna take down one, we should take all."

Kevin felt the man's large, firm hands grip his shoulder hard. He cried out from the pain. Blake was probably one of the best agents there was after Fredrick. If he wanted to break his shoulder with one hand, he could. "L-let me go!" He cried.

The other agents laughed at the kid in a sinister way just as Blake had done a while ago. "Break it!"

Kevin felt fear instantly. It was true that Namjoon and his friends had freaky, terrifying powers but none of them acted like the monsters these guys were trying to say they were. To Kevin, they were acting more like monsters by laughing at this man trying to break his shoulder than the boys he had gone on that mission ever did. "Stop!" He cried struggling to free himself. It was no use.

Blake finally released him and laughed while the boy nearly fell forward.

Kevin caught his balance and turned to face the man abruptly, his eyes blurred with tears and his breath panting for air because of the shock he had experienced. He looked with his eyes at the agents laughing. "You . . . you said that you would only take Jesy and Jin, why the others? They're not the ones we're all afraid of."
