Boyfriend Material {Roommate x Reader}

Starting the game

"We will be playing truth or dare. But its not as ordinary as it seems. You don't get to pick what you answer/do, you reach your hand in the bin and pull a random piece of paper out. You HAVE to do what is on the paper." Blake explains it to us and puts the truths and the dares into a bin.

Truths;
- Who was your first kiss.
-Who is your current crush.
-Who would you want to lose your virginity to.
-Who was your first boyfriend/girlfriend.
-What is your favorite 'position'.
-How long has it been since you kissed someone.
-What kind of piercing do you want.

Dares;
-Kiss the person sitting next to you.
-Tell the group your biggest secret.
-Take off two pieces of clothing.
-Sing the group a song.
-Give someone a hickey on their stomach.
-Jump in the lake
-Slap the person next to you as hard as you can.

I decided to pick last out of all of them. The order went Ayden, Blake, Mallory and then me.

Ayden reached into the bin and pulled out a truth. "Who was your first boyfriend/girlfriend" Is the truth he got. He's lucky, he got the easy one. "My first girlfriend was this hideous girl named Kennedy. She was such a pest in 2nd grade." He said with an annoyed tone. Mallory chuckled and put her arm around his shoulder.

Blake grabbed the bin, stuck his hand down to the bottom and pulled one out. "Tell the group your biggest secret" Blake sighed, "Well, my biggest secret as of now is I think I'm falling for someone who would never like me in a million years," Blake said as I felt my heart drop, "Her name is Leah..I met her at the Cafè downtown back in Michigan."

As soon an he said that I felt my heart physically crumble into a thousand pieces. I dont know why but it hurt so bad. Way worse than I thought it would.

Nobody talks or responds so Mallory grabs the bin from in front of Blake, reached her hand in and pulls one out. "Slap the person next to you as hard as you can." Mallory smirks, turns to Ayden and slaps him across the face, leaving a red hand mark on the right side of his face.

Its my turn so I take a deep breath, shove my hand mid-way into the bin and pull it out again. "Sing the group a song." I close my eyes and warn them that I'm not the best. I start singing "Big rock candy mountain"

"One evening as the sun went down and the jungle fire was burning..."
"Down the tracks came a hobo, hiking."
"And he said 'boys I'm not turnin'"
"I'm headed for a land thats far away,"
"Beside the crystal fountain.."
"Oh, come with me."
"We'll go and see..."
"The big rock, candy mountain.."

I look up and everyone has their mouths wide open...I look to my left and Blake is crying.
"Blake whats wrong?" I ask.

"Nothing, your voice is just beautiful. I've never heard something so beautiful before." Blake says, trying to collect himself.

My face turns red and I hug him.  "Thank you, Blake."
