Bumping into Shawn Memdes

Chapter 22

I wake up before Shawn and I get up and get dressed, I go downstairs and make me and Shawn and coffee, as I am walking back up i head

"Ash?"
I walk in the door and smile at Shawn
"Morning babe I made you a coffee"
"Uhh thanks I was wondering where you were" he says
I get back in bed and we drink our coffee and watch some TV

After breakfast I pack my clothes for Sydney with Shawn's help
"Do you want these" Shawn says handing me my bathers
"Oh yeah thanks" I take them and pack them in my bag

I then get changed into my footy clothes which are long socks, skins, black shorts with a white stripe, and a playing jumper with black and white stripes and our club logo, just like the afl club Collingwood. On the back of my jumper I my number - 1, I walk back into my room where Shawn is

"Number 1 is that your number?" He asks
"Yeah why"
"I thinks it's correct coz your my number 1"
"And your my number 1" I say to him

"Oh yeah and we are picking up Sidney, Charlie and Liam as well because Sidney's in the team and Liam and Charlie always come watch" I explain
"Oh ok cool"

Once we have picked everyone up the car is full, mum and dad in the driver and passenger seats, me Shawn and Sidney in the middle and Liam and Charlie in the back

We pull up to the ground and I see all my teammates look at our car
"Oh yeah Shawn my team might want to take some photos with you"
"Ahaha ok cool"

While Shawn takes photos with my teammates me and Sidney warm up together

"Excited to go to Sydney with Shawn" she asks
"Yeah it's gonna be so good, oh and come here" I say walking closer to Sidney
"What" she says
"Me and Shawn has started using the L word with each other" I say
"Omg that's so good so you love him then"
"Oh yeah I've completely fallin for this boy I love him and I can tell he loves me just by how much he cares about me"
"Aww I'm so happy for you" Sidney says

Shawn sits with my mum and dad, Liam and Charlie during the match and they help to teach him the rules

I really want to play well today to impress Shawn and luckily I'm having one of my best games of the season

It's a pretty close game and we are only winning by 1 points in the last quarter I've already kicked 2 goals and each time I could see Shawn cheering for me

With 2 minutes to I get the ball and I am running down the middle I kick the ball but after I kick it I get bumped to the ground, the umpire calls it an unfair bump so I get a free kick 30m out from goal. I go back and get ready to kick it, I run in and I kick it the ball goes straight threw the middle for a goal, just as the ball goes threw the posts the siren sounds - we have won, I put both my arms up in the air pointing one finger as all my teammates come running and we all hug

"YESSS ASH" Sidney yells

After the games we sing the song and then I go out of the rooms to see Shawn.
I walk up to him and give him a big hug
"That was so good I'm so proud of you"'Shawn says as we hug
I give him a kiss but then he notices a small cut i got on my head when I was pushed he wipes the blood away with his thumb

"Aww you ok that was a pretty big bump there had me worried for a moment" Shawn says
"Aw thanks but Yeah I'm fine and thanks for your support today it made me play better I think" I say to him

Me and Shawn kiss and again
"Love you" he says quietly
"Love you too" I say back

Charlie, Liam and Sidney come over to use
"Great game ash" charlie says
"Yeah you killed it" Liam says
"Thanks guys" I say as I give them nuckels

I say goodbye to them and then to mum and dad
"See ya mum see ya dad love you" I say to them as I give them each a hug
"Have a good time" they say

Me and Shawn then go back to his hotel and I have a quick shower and get changed into clean clothes

"Ready to go" Shawn asks
"Ready to go" I say, I give him a kiss and we head for the airport
