Chapter 5: Part 2

   Derrick pov

   Wow....My mate is Kylie's friend...Kylie's guy friend. I know I'm not going to reject him. I love him already, he is my one and only. But later in life we will have to talk about how we are going to have pups. I cuddle into his chest, drifting to sleep while listening to his soft snores.

   Christian pov

   "Where the fuck is Cade? It's time for us to leave." You can say that Kylie isn't in the best mood today.

   "I don't know babe," I reply and continue to eat my frosted flakes.

   "Well that fucking helps."

   "Shit sis you on your period?" Derrick asks while walking down the stairs with Cade following closely behind.

   "Here's an apple let's go." She hands Cade the apple and walks out the door.

   "Where are you going?"  Derrick asks Cade.

   "To L.A. for a couple of days."

   "I'm coming with you." And with that he runs upstairs probably to pack a bag. I arch my eyebrow at my brother.

   "What was that about?"

   "Nothing."

   "Mhm." He takes a bite of his apple and walks out the door. While cleaning my bowl Derrick comes down with his bag and walks out the door. I follow behind him to the car and see Kylie in the passenger seat so I hop in the driver seat.

   "Oh, Kylie?" Cade asks.

   "Yes?" She replies.

   "I forgot to tell you to pack something nice because I overslept. Did you by chance pack a dress?"

   "Um no"

   "That's okay. I can get you one."

   "No Cade don't spend any money on me."

   He smirks. "It won't cost a thing."

   "So Cade," I ask, "why did you sleep in so late? I look in the review mirror and see Cade blushing and Derrick smirking.

   "Late night." He replies.

   "Why so late?"

   "Because I found my mate." Kylie literally jumps in her seat and turns around.

   "Really!?! Who!?!" She asks.

   "Um."

   "Me," Derrick says.

   "Omg!!! Congrats big bro!!"

   "Yeah congrats guys," I say smiling.

   "Thank you," they say while smiling at each other. After awhile Kylie and Derrick fall asleep and its just me and Cade.

   "Cade?"

   "Yeah bro?"

   "When do princesses usually find their second mate?"

   "Usually it's at the gathering when the princess receives her powers but it can also be later than that."

"Oh."

"Sorry bro." 

"Nah its fine." Two hours later we arrive to our destination and we are welcomed to a huge mansion just outside LA covered by the forest. If Cade wouldn't have told me where to go I would've missed it. We walk to the front door and before we even got to knock a man with the same raven black hair and blue eyes as my brother opens the door. 

"You must be Kylie," He says and bows.

"Um yeah," she says with a hint of nervousness.

"Oh sorry please come in." He gestures us towards the door waiting for us to walk in. One by one we all file into the room and was greeted by a tall beautiful women that looks about 5'7", with long aburn hair that goes to mid back, and looks to have a natural tan. Also with her are two males one on each side.

Kylie Pov

"Hi Kylie," the woman says. She must be the princess.

"Your highness," I reply then bow. Don't judge you wouldn't have known what to do if you met a princess.

"You can just call me Lena."

'Hi Lena."

"Now you do know why you are here correct?"

"Yes."

"Good. Tomorrow night will be the ceremony where I give you my powers and where you might also find your other mate."

"Wait, I might find my other mate?"

"Yes, usually the princess finds her second mate at the ceremony."

"Oh."

"Oh my goddess I am so sorry I forgot to introduce you guys to the rest of the people here." she gestures to the guy that opened the door. "This is my guardian, David." I smile at him waiting for her to introduce who I assume are her mates. She gesture to the guy to her right and told us his name is Sam. Sam has Emerald green eyes, blonde shaggy hair, looks about 6'1", and has a slightly crooked nose that has probably been broken from all the battles that he has been in. The guy on her right is Alex and has chocolate brown eyes, dark brown hair that goes to mid check, and looks about 6'2".

"Hello," I say to them then I begin my introductions. "This," I gesture to Cade," is my guardian, Cade, and his mate, Derrick." They gasp. I look at Cade and he gives me a confuse look.

"Um this is my mate, Christian."

"Kylie, I have to tell you something important."

"Okay, what?"

"You are going-" Just then she was interrupted by two guys that walked into the living room.
