*Flashback*
I don't know how it happened. But it did, and that's all I could ask for. Me and my husband Gerard have been trying for a baby for a while. But I kept having miscarriages, and it crushed us. But this time I was determined that it was going to be different, how I knew? Well I didn't but but I felt like it would be different and that means something right? Gerard has been busy lately with the studio. But when he gets home I'm going to tell him about the baby.
"Babe I'm home!" I heard Gerard yell. "Hi baby." I said to him giving him a kiss. "I've got a surprise for you!" I told him. I took his hand and pulled him to the couch. "What is it!?" Gee said excitedly. "I'M PREGNANT!" I said. At first he looked happy but turned sad. "How do we know you won't have another...you know?" He asked. I walked over to him, sat down and took his hand. "I don't know if I will or not but all we can do is hope." I told him. "Then we will do that." Gee said kissing me on the forehead.
*Flashback Ends*
"PUSH!" I heard the doctor screaming. I'm in labor, Gerard's holding my hand. "Push one more time baby, for me, for us." I heard Gee say. I gave one big push and with that I heard my baby scream. Baby Alexander William Way. As everything settles I get the baby in my hands. I'm crying, and as I look at Gerard he's also crying! The doctors take him. "You did it baby." Gee says kissing me on the forehead just like he did when we weren't even sure the baby was gonna be here. "No Gee....WE did it." I told him laugh crying. He takes my hand, as we get the baby back.
I hand Gee our baby, I see his eyes tear up, I laugh. Now we're just waiting to go home. And I know once we get home we will be one happy family.
