Prologue

A/N: This is what the bill in my story looks like (sooner or later)

Third POV

1,000 years ago
Deep in the woods a battle was happening that would go down in history. In the center of the woods was a floating, black pyramid with cosmic colors in the creases. All was peaceful in the forest but inside the fortress it was total chaos! Bits of fabric and metal were either blazed in blue flames, burnt to ash, or blazed in bright pink flames. In the middle of all of this on one side was a glowing, yellow triangle with blue flames in both hands and the other side was a giant floating baby and a furry pink lizard on its hind legs. "Axolotl! I can't believe you, after all we been through! I expected this from Time Baby," then pointing to the giant baby "but....you?" yelled the triangle glowing with every word with a hint of betrayal in his voice. The pink lizard named Axolotl steped up with guilt and sorrow "I'm so sorry cipher I had to, for he-" "Silence you! Bill cipher for your crimes I will bind you and your henchmanics to this palace and limit your powers!" boomed Time baby in his powerful deep voice cutting off the already frightened lizard.

"WAIT! Don't punish my gang they only followed my orders there.....somewhat innocent!" begged the demon named Bill glancing at the corner where the other demons looked at their master in shock of what he said. Time baby and Axolotl looked at where Bill glanced for they were unaware of them being there at all. "FINE! Maniacs, are you still on Bill's side?" Asked Time baby. The other demons steped up and looked towards each other then back at there master staying silent. Bill's form turned to a light shade of blue by seeing no one giving a answer. Then a pink demon with the same color flames came to the front of the group. "Bill, we all known you for at least half an eternity now. I've been your right hand lady and every one been your loyal servant........and I'll be damned if we'll leave you because of this, Master Cipher." She said bowing with a small smirk on her face. The rest of demons agreed with her speech and bowed saying 'Master Cipher'.

Bill's form turned back to it's natural bright yellow, "Thank you! I don't know what I'll do with out you all." He said happily. "Nice speech but you all made your choice, Bill Cipher your powers are rescrited!", Time baby boomed as he raised his chubby hand towards Bill and clenched it. "AaAaAaAaAaaA"screamed Bill in pain as he was engulfed in pink flames, his voice being echoy as he yelled. " Axolotl! You take care of everything else, it's WAY pass my nap time.", said Time baby before he teleported to his own time in the future. In place of the one-eyed floating dorito, was a blonde and black headed man.

He wore a yellow vest, a black bow tie, and white dress shirt. He also wore black slacks and black dress shoes. He had a black eye patch, his other eye was all yellow with a black slit and his skin was caramel-brown. "B-Bill," studdered Axolotl,"I'm still sorry but.....to help an old friend I'll change Time baby's rule. You can travel in and around the area of the fearamid. You can also enter the mindscape if you choose so you won't be cut off from the world....... That's all I can do for you Cipher for he is more powerful than me. I hope you can forgive me in the future.......that's all I ask of you."

Axolotl glanced at Bill one last time before saying goodbyes, "Cya old friend." He then teleported to the depths of the ocean where he stayed. Back at the fearamid, the demons helped Bill up from his position. Bill chuckled as he got to his feet, "Heh, don't worry you two I'll get my revenge, so save your last breath for ME."
