Jeff loves to hit on Piper, even though she's dating EJ. He finds it hilarious when she turns him down, and has been hitting on her since he killed her friend. EJ just doesn't even care anymore, 'cause he knows if the smiling psycho takes anything to far, Piper would take care of it.
