Back within the camp, young Savvy sat away from her brother. He had been acting different and seemed strange. Not like he hadn't been before, but it’s like something in him shifted. It made Savvy uncertain about her brother. Her littermate. He wasn’t the only one that had been acting strange to her. A wolf not much older than her had kept glaring at the newcomer as if something would happen. Savvy knew Sunstreaker wasn’t the brightest wolf, but with so much changing Savvy was becoming very uncomfortable. It was frustrating. The young silver an teal wolf noticed the absence of two others wolves. Ironhide and Sunset. It really confused the she-wolf as she wondered if the triplets had always acted like this. Being strange and completely unreadable, and very confusing to keep up with.

Hours had passed by as Ironhide and Sunset laid behind the bushes. Waiting and listening as the two talked. The sound of paw steps came from the direction of the camp alerting them someone else was approaching them. Sunset’s younger brother emerged from the underbrush and looked at both of them; a deep look of thought and confusion was settled over his face.
“Ironhide? Sunset?”
“Sunstreaker? What are you doing here?” Ironhide asked.
“I wanted to talk to you about this… Sentinel,” Sunstreaker admitted, ”What do you think about him? I know I don’t know him as well as you do, but he seems odd to me.”
“Meeting with humans must have influenced him. We don’t know what they did to him, but a good, long rest and the care of friends will certainly help him. Again, he will be the old Sentinel. You’ll know him and trust him like we used to,” Ironhide reassured. Sunsets ears twitched as a yawn escaped from her silver-furred maw. Her brother, however, remained unconvinced after Ironhide’s statement.
“I.. don’t know. Something about him I don’t like. No offense ‘Hide, but I don’t trust him,” Sunstreaker said.
“Ironhide, it truly is strange... Someone thought was dead appears out of the blue. Completely malnourished and thin. It doesn’t sit right with us,” Sunset added, slightly taking to her brothers' side of things.
“Don’t feel bad about the feeling. One day it just might save your life, but if something really is bothering you, we’re here to protect the pack―” a yelp rippled through the air, coming from up the hill. All three’s attention turned to the hill once hearing the yelp.
“Optimus” Ironhide barked. Ironhide and Sunset sprang into motion and came to the end of the treeline, seeing as Optimus went over the side of the cliff. Sentinel and Black Out stood there looking where the Prime went off the cliff.
“No!” Ironhide released an infuriated snarl and jumped at Black Out. The two wolves became entangled in a heated fight, biting, clawing, and kicking at one another. Sunset went on to help, biting down on one of Black Out’s hind legs. Sunstreaker trotted a few feet away from them, not knowing what to do. “Ironhide?”
“Sunstreaker! Take Sentinel away from here and warn the pack!” Ironhide barked out.
“I can help you!” the younger wolf argued.
“Go Sunstreaker!” Sunset ordered. Sunstreaker’s ears folded back but he did as he was told, “Okay. Come on Sentinel. Let’s get out of here, while ‘Hide occupies the attention of the brute.”
“And where do you think you're going? Do you think it’s easy getting out of a fight?” another wolf said. Sunstreaker looked to see Barricade. A wolf as old as Bumblebee. The wolf was sneering at Sunstreaker, almost in an evil smirk.
“Who do you think you are, Barricade? You barely grew from the ground” Sunstreaker spat.
“Make me sunshine!” Barricade said challengingly. The had started to fight each other, biting and clawing at each other. Ironhide left the fight with Black Out to assist the younger brother of Sunset, tearing the Decepticon away from him. However, this left Sunset at a disadvantage. Black Out was stronger than her, much stronger than her smaller female body. He bit into the soft part of her hind leg causing her to lose her footing.
“Sunstreaker, get out of here! Warn Ratchet. Go find Prime, maybe he survived!” Ironhide barked, towering over Barricade.
“Sentinel, go with him!” Ironhide ordered, “Come on Prime!”
“No Ironhide. I think I'll stay and watch,” Sentinel said. Ironhide was taken by surprise when Black Out jumped at him.

“Sunny, can I talk to you?” Sunstreaker jumped when Bumblebee spoke from behind him.
“ ‘Bee?” Sunstreaker murmured, “Bumblebee! What are you doing here?”
“I wanted to ask Ironhide something. Is he here?” the young yellow-furred wolf asked. He heard the sounds of barks and growls from up the hill and tried going in the direction, “What’s going on?”
“No ‘Bee. We have to run. We need to get back to the pack!” Sunstreaker said, nudging Bumblebee into the opposite direction.
“Please Sunny, we have to help him!” Bumblebee demanded.
“ ‘Bee listen to me! They killed Optimus. Ironhide and Sunset can handle it. They’re both experienced in combat. Ironhide knows how to escape. We have to get back to the pack to save the others!” Sunstreaker argued.
“ ‘Bee please move, we can’t waste time,” Bumblebee however still wouldn’t budge and was staring at something, “What’s Sentinel doing here?”
“It takes too long!” Sentinel growled, “Idiots! He is alone and you two can’t kill one wolf?”
“What is he doing there? He should be with us.”
“Hold him,” Sentinel commanded. He approached them as Black Out and Barricade held Ironhide down. Sunset was trying to recover, but the bones in her hind leg had been crushed when Black Out bit down on it, “Ironhide!”
With a quick lunge, the red and grey wolf bite down hard on Ironhide’s neck. A crack echoed before Ironhide slowly sank onto the ground. Sentinel had broken the bones in his neck, causing him to meet his very end. The two watching from afar went quiet, seeing the wolf that always seemed unbeatable, dying…
“Ironhide, no!” Sunset howled. Desperately she tried getting onto her paws, almost failing due to her leg. She snarled at the three wolves, knowing Sentinel was never an ally to them and that her brother had been right. Sentinel couldn’t be trusted.
“What about her?” Barricade asked.
“Kill her,” Sentinel answered. Black Out growled as he charged at her, ramming into her. Sunset realized she was about to meet the same fate as Optimus: pushed off the cliff-face and to drown.
“No!” she bit down on one of his smaller ears, making him growl. One last shove and her hind legs were no longer on the ground, followed by the rest of her body.
“Ironhide!” Bumblebee cried.
“Please ‘Bee, we have to run!” Sunstreaker said. The two raced off, leaving with the memories of the two’s death.
