"I forgot that she likes to wander." North stated.

"How do you know?" Jacks asks.

"We've been a major part of her life and we watch over her ever since she was a baby. She was the cutest thing ever. She always asks me for things for her tiny adventures with her siblings to sparking their imaginations every Christmas. She is full of wonder, which make me very very happy." North answered walking to the elevator. "I think she went this way." He led Jack downstairs in the elevator.

"It's nothing personal. But what you do, it's just not my thing." Jack told North. Jack could honestly see (Y/N) being a guardian but he can't see himself.

"Man in Moon says it's your thing! We will see." North walks through the workshop fast as Jack was taking in the place.

"Slow down, would you? I've been trying to bust in here for years. I want a good look." Toys were flying and yetis were building many other toys as Jack told North.

"What do you mean, bust in?" North asked, surprised.

"Oh, don't worry. I never got past the yetis. Oh, hey Phil." Jack waved at Phil. "Where do you think (Y/N) would be?" North was about to answer when they heard a scream and laughter. They looked ahead and saw (Y/N) on a yeti's shoulders as they were painting the blue robots, laughing.

"Like this?" (Y/N) showed the yeti, who nodded in approval. She had a paint brush in hand, being careful with the smallest details.

"Ah, there she is." North said, pointing at the girl.

"I thought the elves made the toys." Jack asked, looking at (Y/N) and the yeti paint.

"That's what we make them believe." North whispered to Jack. Jack looked at two elves on the table next to him, seeing them decorating one as a Christmas tree, lighting it up. Jack continued to walk towards the human girl.

"Hey! (Y/N), why did you wander off?" Jack asked (Y/N) as they walked up to the girl and yeti.

"This is Santa's workshop! You think I'm going to miss this opportunity to explore! No Way! This is so amazing!" (Y/N) said with wonder in her eyes. She was ecstatic to be in her favorite guardian's workshop. Jack chuckled, shaking his head.

"Hmmm. I like them red better." North suddenly said, making (Y/N) and the yeti frown. She dropped the brush she had onto the floor. The two looked to their left to look at the robots they had just finished painting. "Now, come along (Y/N). We have to talk." North told the girl. The yeti grabbed the girl and gently set her down on the floor. She waved at the Yeti and followed North beside Jack.

"Good luck!" (Y/N) shouted with an encouraging smile. The yeti waved at her before smacking his head on the table when she turned around, groaning.

(Y/N) looked around at the place amazed. Jack smiled at the girl when North brought them into a room. (Y/N) stared at the ice sculptures North made. Jack and (Y/N) watched as an elf gave North a fruitcake. North grabs it, resulting the elf to fall. (Y/N) giggled.

"Fruitcake?" North offered.

"Uh, no./No, thank you." The two said.

North simply threw the fruitcake to the side and popped his knuckles, "Now we get down to business."

Suddenly, the door shut behind (Y/N) and Jack and was locked automatically. (Y/N)'s eyes widened. The two faced North once more as he approached them, making them have their backs against the door. (Y/N) was intimidated and held onto Jack's arm.

"Who are you, Jack Frost and (Y/N) Bennett?" North asked them seriously, pointing their chest with his finger, "What is your center?"

"Center?" (Y/N) asked him.

"If Man in Moon chose you two to be guardians, you must have something very special inside you."  North told them, backing away touching his beard in a thinking matter. North grabbed the Russian doll on teh shelf beside the door, "Here. This is how you see me, no? Very big, intimidating, but if you look a little." He hands the doll to Jack Frost, "Go on."

Jack Frost gives him a raise eyebrow, giving his staff to (Y/N) to hold and opened it, "You are downright jolly?" Jack gave a small smile.

"Not just jolly," North said as Jack opens it again, "I am also mysterious," Jack continues to open it, "And fearless, and caring, then my center." Jack opens the last one and drops it into North's hand. (Y/N) leaned forward to look at it closely.

"There's a tiny wooden baby." Jack said sadly.

"Look closer." North urged, giving the piece to Jack, "What do you see?"

"You have big eyes?" Jack asked.

"Yes! Big eye, very big because they are full of wonder. That is my center." North told them and walked around them, showing his sculptures and toys, "This is what I was born, with eyes that had always seen the wonder in everything. Eyes that see the lights and the trees, magic in the air. This wonder is what I put into the world!" (Y/N) watched all the toys flying, smiling with Jack. "I protect the children. It's what makes me a guardian." Jack looks at the small wooden baby in his hand. "It is my center, what is your's?" North asked.

Jack sighed and looked down, "I don't know." North looked at (Y/N), who just shrugged with clueless eyes. North smiled at Jack and closed his hand. (Y/N) laid her hand on his shoulder and gave him a soft smile.

Jack was confused because he doesn't know who he was back then, drowning himself in his need to know his past instead of looking to the future. He wanted answers and that clouded his mind. He isn't able to see who he is now and what he brings to the world.

(Y/N), herself, doesn't know her's but her discovery won't be as difficult as Jack's. (Y/N) didn't really think about her personality, she just let's it show without taking note of it. It's something that she just has to notice about herself, how she affects people like her favorite legends like North, Bunnymund, and the others affect the world. She just needs time to see that it's clear as day.
