Dipper's POV

The mysterious man stares at me. He looks to be in his early 60s. He walks to me and ruffles my hair

"You're Dipper right? Nice to meet ya. I'm your Great Uncle Stanford, but just call me Grunkle Stan" The man- Grunkle Stan told me.

As Grunkle Stan went to talk with my so called 'parents', I decided to go check on Mabel. Just as I turn around, I saw her glaring at me.

She walks up to me and looks at Grunkle Stan with her 'cute' face.

"Oh hello Grunkle Stan, It's really nice to meet you! I'm just gonna borrow Dipper for awhile so we could talk"

She quickly dragged me into the living room.

"What are you Doing?!" I look at her in confusion.

"W-what do you mean?"

"You just come running here for no reason and steal all the attention I deserve!"

I stare at her with shock, she just dragged me to the living room for this stupid reason?!

"Well, you can get all the attention you want, I don't care about my bratty sister!" I felt a sting on my cheek. Mabel slapped me.

"You don't go talking to me like that! Go up to your room before I tell mom and dad!" as she said that I bolted to the stairs and up to my room.

Mabel's POV (didn't expect that huh?)

Finally, my good-for-nothing brother is gone, now I can go back to what I was doing.

I walk over to my parents and Grunkle Stan.

"Excuse me but, Grunkle Stan, why don't you go sit in the living room. I'm sure you're getting tired" I look at him with an innocent face.

"Oh uh, sure kid. I might as well get some rest before we go on the trip" the old man says as he sits on the couch.

"Ok! I'll just get some drinks from the refrigerator. Don't want anyone getting thirsty. What kind of drink do you want, Grunkle Stan?"

"I'll just have some water, sweetheart"

"she's a polite angel isn't she?"

"Of course she is, we raised her properly so she doesn't get spoiled" My parents 'smiled'.

I smirk as I open the fridge to get the water for Stan and some fruit juice for myself.

'You wouldn't know'

I close the fridge then walk to the living room

"here you go!" giving Grunkle Stan the water while I sit at the couch next to my parents.

"So where's Dipper? He was just here awhile ago" Grunkle Stan asked us.

"He just told me he was gonna pack his things" I lied.

"Well he better pack quickly, we're leaving soon." he said

Dipper's POV

I lie in my bed as I silently cry to myself. My tail twitching every once in a while. Sometimes I think I'm just a mistake.

'Everyone here tells me I'm an abomination, a good-for-nothing freak. No one would care if I was gone, right?'

'NO! Don't think negative thoughts Dipper! It won't do you any good"

Great, now I'm talking to myself.
I'm officially insane.

I slowly stood up from my bed and walked to the door. Sticking my ear and trying to listen to what's happening downstairs.

Then, suddenly someone screamed.

"DIPPER! ARE YOU FINISHED PACKING YOUR THINGS YET?! WE'RE LEAVING TO GRAVITY FALLS NOW!" I press my ears against my head. I swear I think the whole neighborhood heard her!

I wipe the tears off my tear-stained face as I quickly grab my bag and head downstairs seeing Mabel and Stan ready to go.

I got in Grunkle Stan's car while Mabel said goodbye to our 'parents'.

'Goodbye house, I won't miss you,' Mabel got inside and we left.

( End chapter )

As you can see, I changed the plot abit where instead of them riding a bus to Gravity Falls, Stan used his car instead.

After this update I'll be putting this story on hiatus while I find some ideas for the story. Writer's Block is being a pain in the ass right now. And so this ends my Author's note.
