"Stop that pouting," Seokjin teased as he walked by the couch. His arms were carrying a basket of laundry that he set down on the coffee table to begin rifling through for his own clothes before passing it on to the next member.
"Not poutin'," Jungkook mumbled through his quite obviously pouty lips. He was slouched back on the couch, his legs underneath him cross-legged, and his arms were clutching a stuffed bunny tightly.
"You sure look like you're pouting." Seokjin sat beside him and pulled out some clothes. He tried very hard not to show his amusement at the youngest's words.
Jungkook just huffed. He turned away and absentmindedly ran his fingers through the bunny's fur.
"Can you tell hyung why you're pouting, sweet pea?" Seokjin glanced over at his boyfriend, then back at his task. "You know I like your smile."
Jungkook quirked his mouth to the side before he spoke. "Bored."
"None of the kids will play with you?" Seokjin questioned and his brow furrowed.
"Mmm," Jungkook hummed dismissively. "Don't wanna do anythin', but I'm bored, Jinnie-hyung."
That time Seokjin didn't bother hiding his laugh. "That's quite the predicament, hm, button?"
Jungkook nodded in agreement. "Will Hyung help?"
Seokjin tsked under his breath. "Bunny, hyung still has more laundry to do. But if you wanna help Jinnie..."
"Ew," Jungkook breathed quietly, causing another gentle laugh to escape his boyfriend.
"Go on and find something to do, peaches. Then, when hyung's done, he'll help you fight the boredom, alright?" Seokjin promised. He looked over at Jungkook with a smile as he folded another shirt.
Jungkook nodded and stood, bouncing off down the hallway after giving Seokjin a quick kiss to the cheek.
With his lips still pursed in a pout, Jungkook swung his legs back and forth as much as he could in the kitchen chair. He huffed in irritation; why did he have to be so tall? His feet kept hitting the floor as they swung back and forth, back and forth.
His right leg flung out a little too far to the side and Jungkook winced as his knee collided with one of the table legs. The action caused his leg to kick out reflexively.
Weird, he thought. He vaguely remembered the same reflex happening whenever he went to the doctor's office and they hit his knee with that strange triangle thing.
Jungkook pushed his chair out so he had full access to his legs. He took his fist and tried hitting his knee once, but nothing happened. He tried again somewhere else. Nothing. Quirking his mouth to the side and tilting his head just slightly, he aimed for a spot just under his knee. He gasped in triumph as his leg lifted.
"Cool!"
He hit it a couple more times in rapid succession, giggling at how his leg fought to return to a natural sitting position.
"What's cool, bun?"
Jungkook looked up to the kitchen counter where Seokjin and Yoongi were cooking away. Yoongi was mostly prepping the ingredients for his hyung.
Jungkook smiled up at Yoongi. "Hyung, look!" He hit the spot again, harder this time so his leg kicked out quicker and higher.
Yoongi chuckled before turning back around. Finally, Seokjin's interest was piqued enough for him to turn to his little.
"What?" he asked.
"Hyung," Jungkook giggled. He repeated it for Seokjin to see.
Seokjin huffed out a tiny laugh as well. "Cute. That's your reflex, bunny. But be careful, okay?" Seokjin lifted a utensil and pointed it at Jungkook in warning.
