Cobra sat in the back table in his first class with 4 other kids in some of his other classes. The 5 haven't interacted at all.
The four of them seemed like good friends.
Cobra only recognized one of the students.
Laxus Dryer, The third strongest person in Fairy Tail.
Also Natsu's competition, as Natsu was fourth.

First: Guildarts, Second: Mirajane, Third: Laxus, Fourth: Natsu, Fifth: Erza.

Now if you didn't go to Fairy Tail, Natsu being stronger than Erza would sound like pure rubbish to you.
But Truth be told;
Erza is smarter. By alot.
Magical and Physicall strength is roughly equal.
And Dispite being scared of her, Natsu always outlasts everyone and he beat Erza in a fair fight, therefor climbed the ranks.
One other thing; Don't ever make Natsu angry at you.
Because when Natsu is angry or has motovation, or if you underestimate him, he will destroy you (not literally) and everything around him.

Cobra had been silently watching in a non creepy way over a few weeks and deducted that they were friend worthy.

"Hey, I'm Cobra. Y'all seem cool." Cobra only had one friend, and that was his crush Midnight.

"Hi." They echoed.

"I'm Evergreen." Evergreen introduced herself

"Aren't you that chick who fights with Erza over queen of the Fairy's?"

"Yeah, your friends with Erza?" Evergreen didnt seem pleased about Erza being brought up.

"No, but my brother Natsu is close to her."

"Natsu is your brother?" Laxus' intrest peaked.

"Sadly, yes."

The other dude snorted. "Name's Bixslow."

"You and Natsu look nothing alike. My name is Freed." A guy with long green hair noted

"None of my siblings and I look alike." Cobra sighed

"How many siblings do you have?" Evergreen asked

"Five."

"Wow." Freeds eyes went wide.

"What are thier names?" Laxus asked

"Natsu,Gajeel,Wendy, East, and Sting." Cobra said.

"Oh we know Gajeel." Bixslow smirked

Cobra smirked "Yeah, as I rember Laxus kicked his ass."

Laxus smirked "Yeah."

"where do you sit at lunch and with who?" Freed redid his pony tail.

"Left Back corner, just normally Midnight and I."

Thats how Cobra and Midnight made friends with the Thunder Legion and Laxus.
