(1) Girlfriend?

You met Andrew after one of his games. His team had won and had gone out to a restaurant to celebrate. You had happened to be at the same restaurant when your friends wanted to show you around Toronto.

He had spot you with your friends and thought that you were the most beautiful girl he had ever laid eyes on. After a pep talk to himself, he went to go introduce himself to you before he left.

"Hey, Y/N. Don't look now but I think that cute guy is coming over to you," Your friend said.

"What?" You asked in shock. You were sitting by the edge so this was easier for Andrew to talk to you.

"Hi," Andrew said. You looked up at him with a small smile.

"Hi," You say.

"I saw you over from where I was sitting and I was wondering if you'd like to go out on a date sometime," He asks you. You blushed as your friends squealed a little in excitement.

"Sure," You nodded.

"Can I get your number?" Andrew asked you.

"Yeah."

That was a month ago. Your first date was going ice skating. He helped you skate around the rink and taught you some simple yet cool tricks. The next date was a movie date and then ice cream afterwards.

Now it was summer and you were throwing a pool party. You invited Andrew and his team along with your friends.

"So, Y/N. Are you and Andrew boyfriend and girlfriend yet?" Your friend asked you.

"We're not putting labels yet," You tell her.

"Wait, he hasn't asked you to be his girlfriend yet?" She asked you.

"I'm sure when the time comes, he'll ask," You tell her.

"Well, that boy better hurry. I overheard that Nick from our English 101 class likes you," She tells you. You rolled your eyes playfully before taking a sip of your lemonade.

"Hey, beautiful," Andrew said, wrapping his arms around your waist. He kissed your cheek, making you blush.

"Hey, handsome," You say.

"What are you drinking?" Andrew asked you.

"Lemonade," You tell him.

"I see."

He took your cup before putting it on the table. You look at him confused before he picked you up.

"Andrew! What are you doing?" You laughed.

"Take a deep breath," He warned you.

The next thing you knew, you were in the water. You swam up to the surface as well as Andrew. You splashed water at him as you laughed. Andrew swam over to you before giving you a small kiss on the lips.

Andrew had offered to stay behind to help clean up. You were grateful since you didn't want to clean everything by yourself.

"Hey, Y/N. Can I ask you something?" Andrew asked you. You turned to him to face him.

"Sure."

"Well, I've been trying to ask you this for a while and now since it's probably a good time, I was wondering if you'd like to be my girlfriend," He asked you.

"Really?" You asked him.

"Yeah," Andrew smiled.

"I'd love to be your girlfriend," You say happily. Andrew smiled before giving you a kiss on the lips.
