There are 3 things we need to remember about bearings:
1. Always measure from the north line
2. Always measure clockwise.
3. Give bearing in the digits. E.g. 50 degrees = 050If you are asked a question the first thing you do is draw a north line. If you want to measure a bearing now then you get your protractor and put your protractor on the line and measure your bearing from that point. As you are measuring from north you put your protractor on the line tilted sideways so that the straight side runs up the line.
To find return bearings you need to use your rules. The main rule is you always measure bearings from north.
The return bearing is not the angle you have drawn taken away from 360.Question explanation
Using co-interior angles you know they add up to 180 which then gives you 157 so then you do 360 - 157 = 203
