Laws of indices
· If it is to the power of a minus number you convert it into a fraction with a 1 at the top of the fraction.
· If it is to the power of ½ you square root the number.
· If it is to the power of 2 you multiply the n.o by itself twice.
· If it to the if it is to the power of 3 you multiply the n.o by itself 3 times.
And so on
· Anything to the power of 0 is 1
