The One (A Captain America Love Story)

Chapter 4

"Is he saying anything?" Fury asked over the radio. "Not a word" I answered with a sight. "Just get him here. We're low on time." Fury demanded. Nat turned off the radio. "I don't wike it." Steve said to Stark. "What, Rock of ages giving up so easily?" Stark answered. "I don't remember it being this easy. This guy packs a wallop." Steve said looking at Loki. "Still, you are pretty spry for an older fellow. What's your thing, Pilates?" Stark said with a little smile. "What?" Steve said confused. "It's like calisthenics. You might have missed a couple of things doing time as a Capsicle." "Fury didn't tell me he was calling you in." " Yeah, there is a lot of things Fury doesn't tell you." "Ok boys. We don't need a fight in this flight." I decided to break in. "By the way I haven't introduced myself properly to you Mr. Stark. I am Agent Nova but call me Emily." I said with a smile, trying to lighten the mood. "Hi. Call me Tony, Mr. Stark is my dad." 

Some thunder and lightning was starting. "Where is this coming from?" I heard Nat say from her seat. I thought that too. I looked over at Loki. He looked worried. "What's the matter? Scared of a little lightning?" I said with a smile on my lips. "I am not overly found of what follows." He said looking around. I looked worried over at Steve. Suddenly some thing hit the roof of the Quinjet. Tony reached for his helmet and Steve for his shield. I went over to the door and made it open. "What are you doing?" Steve asked worried. "I'm going to check what that was." But before I could even walk out a man landed in front of me. I was about to throw him out of the Quinjet by pushing air at him, but him punched me hard against then wall. The push made me lose my breath and fall to the ground. The man stumped over too Loki and grabbed him by the neck and walked over to the exit. He started to swing something that looked like a hammer, and suddenly he was gone.

 Steve rushed over to me. "Are you okay?" He asked. "Yeah." I said while he helped me up. "Another Asguardien?" Nat yelled from the front. "Probably." I yelled back. "Is he friendly?" Steve asked. "Doesn't matter. If he frees Loki or kills him, the Tesseract's lost." I explained while walking towards the exit. "We need a plan of attack!" Steve yelled to me. "I have a plan. Attack." I said jumping out of the Quinjet. Soon I hear the sound of jet's. So Stark is following. 

We landed near Loki and the other man on a high clip. We got behind a rock.  "It seems like they are arguing." I whispered to Tony. "Yeah. I'm going in." He said while getting up. "Be safe!" I called after him. He got up and flu towards the man. Tony hit the guy and just in a matter of seconds the were gone. 

I saw Loki going near the edge and looked down with a grin on his face. I try to sneak up on him from behind, but just as I was about to attack him he said without looking behind him. "You know, I always know when a beautiful lady is near." "Why do you keep calling me beautiful?" I said moving towards him. He looked at me. "Because it is the truth." He answered and started moving against me. "Well stop it it makes you sound like a creep!" I said while crossing my arms over my chest.

 When he got only a few meters away from me I sent a some dirt into he's eyes. I swept my legs under him so he fell to the ground. But he managed to drag me with him. We both quickly  got on our feet. "You shouldn't have done that sweetie" "Stop calling me that!" I yell back. I throw a punch at his face, he dogged it. I kicked him in the stomach. He flew some meters backwards. 

I went over to capture him. I dragged him off the ground and hold his hands behind his back. I was just about to fly up to the Quinjet when an explosion sent us flying backwards. I lost me grip on Loki. Just as I realized that I stood up fast looking around. Loki was lying unconscious on the ground with his head on a rock. "Bad luck for you, good for me. Come on, lets find and get you to the boys." I said while I picked him up and flew down the cliff.

I saw Tony and the other man. There was another person there too. OMG! That is Steve. Why did he follow us. These men are literately Gods. I don't know what I would do with myself if he died.

Just as I land I hear Steve say "Are we done here?" "Yes we are captain." I said while throwing Loki in front of them. They all  just starred at me. "I like her! What is your name my lady?" The man asked me. "Emily. But don't think we are friends. You slammed me into the wall, remember." "I am so sorry, but that will not happened again. Me and this man of iron and the captain of your land have come to an agreement. We all wanted to stop Loki and find the Tesseract, so we will help each other." "Well, can I know your name?" I asked still sassy. "Thor, I am from Asgard." "Ok, let's get Loki to S.H.I.E.L.D..Somebody else are taking him, he is heavier than he looks." I said pointing to Loki. 

After I have said that I flew up to the Quinjet. "Nat, we have to pick up the boys. They are right below us." I said while sitting down. "OK." Nat said and started to lower the jet. Soon we landed and I got up and opened the door. 

"Get in boys, we are going to the Hellicarier." They got in and we drove off.
