The killer looked up at the sky as it darkened to a bloodred with the sunset. She knew her prey was close, could almost feel how her blade would draw the life force from her victim. Turning, she knelt down on the rocky desert floor, letting the sand run through her fingers. Drawing her knife, she began to walk towards the road that was about a half a mile away. Reaching it; she flagged down a vehicle, telling the driver that her car had broken down, and she needed to get back to town. The young, dark haired man smiled in a flirty manner, allowing her to get in, sealing his fate.
