There will be hundreds of people out there you call friends..... But, how many of them are really being worth called a friend?
Friend is not the one who celebrates your happiness rather is the one who shares your pain. Friend is the one who trusts you blindly no matter what rumours people have to spread. Friend is the one who never judges you before hearing your side of the story. Friend is the one who won't hesitate to give you a tight slap when you are wrong. Friend is the one who won't help you cheat in an exam rather will stay the previous night awake to teach you all that he can. Friend will never leave you alone in trouble rather will always be there to take the blame even when he knows you are wrong. A friend is the one who will come running to you even in the middle of the night with just a phone call. Friend is the person with whom you can share all your worries and opinions without caring a damn about what he will think of you. Friend is the one who will know you are upset or angry just by listening to your voice and talking to him for just a couple of minutes will lighten your mood. Friend is not the person who likes your posts on insta rather the person who knows the pain you hide behind your smile on your profile pic. Friend is the person who just by reading your status comes to know the state of your mind. Friend is not the one who knows your happy memories rather the one who has lived them with you.
Trust me when I say this... there will be many people in your life who will call themselves your friends showing fake concern. They will keep coming and going like a gust of wind but there will be some rather a few who will know you Inside Out. They will always stay by your side no matter what. These are the few gems in my life I call friends. True friends!
