CC's Dancing Queen (Sequel to CC's Ass Kicking Girl)

Chapter 5

Ember's POV:

I went downstairs, grabbed my water bottle from the freezer before heading toards the lounge room where my child of a boyfriend was sitting watching cartoons.

"Babe I have to go to rehearsals now I'll see you tonight back at the BVB house." I said, kissing his forehead and turning around.

Ok babe, bye I love you." He said without tearing his eyes away from the classic roadrunner clips that were playing on tv.

"Love you too." I said, closing the door behind me and puling my bike keys out. I looked up and saw Adam's car parked out the front and I smiled. He was leaning up against the hood and having a cigarette.

"I was gunna take my bike today. Or are you stalking me now that you know where my house is?" I asked laughing as I walked down the driveway to him.

"I would never, just figured I could give you a lift, that's all." He said, flashing me a grin and I smiled back.

"Well thank you. Since your here and we have some time, wanna quickly come in and say hi to CC." I asked and he nodded, standing up, putting his cigarette out and following me up to the porch where he stopped me.

"Before we go in, tell me what happened last night? Did you get lucky again?" He asked with a smirk and a wink and Iightly punched his arm.

"No you perv! I accidently burnt dinner." I said and started blushing, covering my face. "We went up to our room to talk and say hi and.... well, you know. But after a while I could smell burning and I had burnt the lasagne." I explained and he laughed.

"Oh sweetie it's ok. Did he mind?"

"No he just said we could order pizza so we spent the night eating meatlovers and watching horror movies." I said and he hugged me.

"Sounds like the perfect romantic dinner to me." He said and let go before I opened the door and Adam followed me down the hallway and into the lounge room where CC was still glued to the spot.

"Baby? There's someone here who wants to meet you." I said but he didn't look away from the tv and just waved in our general direction. Adam laughed behind me and I playfully glared at him, making him shut up. I walked over to the coffee table, grabbing the remote and urning off the tv. 

"Christian Mora stop ignoing your girlfriend please." I said, standing in front of him and he pouted.

"But Emmiiii....... Road runner."

"Yeah, and I know you record it so it doesn't matter, I've seen the hardrive C. Anyway Adam is here cause he wanted to meet you." I said and got Adam to come up to me. 

"Hey man, what's up?" CC said as he stood up and shook Adam's hand.

“Nothing much, just figured I could give your girl here a ride to practise. Nice to finally meet you.” Adam and replied and shook CC’s hand.

“You too. So how’s she going? Worthy member of your group?”

“I think I can make it work, she isn’t terrible I guess.” Adam replied sarcastically and CC laughed as I punched Adam in the arm. “No, in all seriousness you have an incredibly talented girl here. Anyway, I’d love to keep talking but we have to get to rehearsals. They can’t start without the two stars now can they?” Adam said back and I agreed.

 “Bye babe, I love you. I will see you tonight at the BVB house, don't work too hard, promise?" CC said quickly, pulling me in to hug me and kiss me softly.

"I don't make promises I can't keep babe." I say and smile before walking out the door with Adam by my side. I heard CC behind me as he laughed before the door shut and Adam and I were alone again. We began walking out to his car and laughing, before long we were on the road again.
