This sucks Im sorry

You received the call it was early hours of the morning, "Hello?" You groaned not checking the caller ID. "Y/N...I need your help." You instantly woke up knowing it was Ed on the other end of the phone. "Where are you?" You jumped up finding some jeans and quickly changing into them. "I'm outside." You frowned going over to the window and looking out of the blind, low and behold he was stood there looking up at your window. You had been living with Ms, Kringle for years now, you knew she was in a bad relationship and you also knew that Ed had a big crush on her but what nobody knew was that you had a big crush on Ed. "I'll be right down." You snuck out of the house and into the streets, he was stood next to his car, the boot open. "You killed him?" You weren't even shocked, you just shut the boot of the car. "Take us to your place, you still have those giant suitcases right?" He nodded starting up the engine and driving off.

"Nobody no crime." You whispered to him as you stood in the coroner's office. You were doing your best to keep Ed calm and yourself calm as you did this.

You watched as Kringle and Ed spoke at the door, she had almost caught you and Ed with the body, you had slammed the suitcase shut and stood over the bones you had just fished bleaching. "I have to get back to work." The door shut and you locked it behind him. "That was close." You whispered looking at him and getting back to the body.

"After we've done this, we can take him out into the woods and bury him. But we can't tell anyone Ed. This is our secret." You whispered washing your hands and looking at him. "Promise." He nodded taking off his gloves and putting the bags down on the floor.  "If anyone asks, you're going on holiday." You threw the bloody clothes into a bag taking a mental note to burn them when you got home or out the way of the public eye.

A couple weeks had passed when you had another phone call only this time it was Ed but it didn't sound like Ed at all. "Eddie what's going on?" You questioned rubbing your eyes and getting out of bed. "Guess again sweetcheeks." You laughed a little turning on your lamp. "Ed have you been drinking?" He chuckled and you sighed. "No Y/N, I haven't but me and Eddie need your help hiding Ms, Kringle." You frowned looking down the hall and notcing that Kringle Hadn't been home all night. "I'll be right there." Before you hung up you could have sworn you heard ''Good girl.'' But you ignored it putting it down to the fact that you were tired.

The next morning you woke up to see Ed pacing around the floor. "Ed?" He frowned looking at you, you were laid on his bed, he was pacing, his tie loose and his hair in hobbit style, curling at the ends and he looked worried. "I'm gonna make this right?" He said turning to look over at the window, he continued to talk to himself and you stared at him. "Where is she?" He asked staring at you. "Eddie...we got rid of her last night...remember?" He stared back at the window as if someone was standing there. "How? You're a figment of my imagination. A projection of impulse." You stood up touching his arm gently to try and calm him down. "You stole my dead girlfriend."

You were following Ed around in silence, he was acting strangely. Stranger than last night. Last night he was confident and weird. "Ed, listen to me. Tell me what's going on?" He went on to explain that he was having a battle inside of his own head with himself and how last night it wasn't him. "That explains a lot." You whispered pulling the sweater sleeves down over your hands to create sweater paws and looking at him. "We'll find the body pieces. He must have hidden them when I fell asleep last night."

He was arguing with his other half again while you both stood in the mortuary room. It was scaring you but you didn't want to show it to him... He stood in silence looking down at Kringle's body. "Beautiful." You frowned looking at him. "I'm back baby." You stepped back a little. "Don't worry Eddie is here too, we're just merged." He winked taking your hand and kissing it. "Now, why don't you grab that saw and help a fella out."

Standing in the woods you looked as Ed said his final goodbyes to Kringle, you looked around nervously knowing these woods was the best place for hunting and you didn't want to get caught. "Not usually any people up here." You ran to Ed's side and smiled at the man. "We're just saying goodbye to our furry friend." You lied looking down at the box and back at the man. He bent down taking a closer look at the box. "What the heck?" You grabbed the pocket knife from you jean pocket and stabbed him in the neck watching him fall into the hole. "Well, well, well...go Y/N." You smirked picking up a glass of wine and clinking your glass with Ed's. "Well if you're killing people I might as well get in on the fun."

Laying your head on his shoulder you looked up at the night sky and smiled. "The rich men want it, the wise men know it, the poor all need it, and the kind men show it." You smiled up at him. "Love." He chuckled kissing your lips gently. "You always got my riddles."
