Criminal Twin [ Monsta X ]

Pt.3

Changsuns pov

I walked down the corridor and pulled my phone out of my pocket, scrolling through the internet to see if I could find any news about Kang Hyunjin, instead I found something more interesting.

"Monsta X?" I chuckled lightly, "So this is how he has been living his life?  Being an idol?" I shook my head and let out a small yawn, a text flashed across my screen so I went to the message section and read it. "Ah my apartment is in this building? The key is on the car key keychain?? Where?" I reached into my pocket and then gasped, "Oh shit, the car!" I ran out of the building and looked from left to right, 'Ah it's close by, thank god..' I walked to the right direction and strolled down the road quickly, whilst I was walking I felt as if someone was following me. 

I tensed up a bit and continued walking, but now I heard their footsteps as well. It was weird, why am I being followed? I continued to walk straight, ignoring the person and hoping they'd go away. I ain't got time for stalkers. 

As I was turning the corner, a hand grabbed my shoulder and I turned quickly whilst raising my fist - ready to punch, but I stopped when I saw Wonho standing there with his eyes widened. "Don't hit! It's just me!" He said, I lowered my hand and frowned. "Don't sneak up on me, Wonho. What if I mistook you for the one I am hunting down and pulled my gun out and shot you?!" I yelled at him, he flinched and bit at his bottom lip. "Do you think I need to kill an innocent person by accident and get sent back to jail?" I questioned, he shook his head and fidgeted with his jacket. "What did you want?" I asked and he stared me in the eye. 

"I came to make sure you will not come back, you'll stay away from my friends and me, don't hurt them. I know you, I know what you're capable of. Me and the boys don't need this trouble in our lives. We're busy people. We have a huge reputation to keep." He explained, "Being an idol is that fun, huh?" I stared at him and he scoffed. "You searched us up? I'm honoured, really. But yes, it is fun. If you wasn't a criminal scumbag you'd know. You wasted your own life by doing what you did...And what you tried to do." He crossed his arms and frowned, I rolled my eyes and turned my back to him and begun to walk towards the car that was parked outside the shop ahead of us. He followed me and continued lecturing me about why I shouldn't of let the madness take over. 

"Changsun, we used to be close until you changed...You tried to kill ME." He pointed at his chest and I unlocked my car, I opened the door and sighed loudly. "Get in." I said and he stopped talking, he stared at me blankly. "Why?" He asked, "Well, you want to talk so it seems, so get in. By the way, my temporary apartment is in your building unfortunately. But don't worry, I won't bother you." I watched him walk around to the passenger seat side and slide in, he closed the door and I shoved the key in to start the car. "Tell me the truth, did you break out of prison?" He suddenly blurted out, "What I told you in your dorm is the truth, I was sent to hunt down someone who thinks he is better than me. Copying my attacks on his girlfriend and friends, etc." I begun to drive and he seemed tense. 

"You're not going to try and kill me again, right?" He stared at me and I smirked lightly, "No, I regret trying to kill you." I stared out the front window and focused on driving back to the dormitory, which only took me a few minutes. I parked in the spare parking space in front of the building and stopped the engine, pulling the key out and looking to him. "You regret it?" He asked in a softer tone than before, "Yes, I shouldn't of tried to kill you. I had no valid reason to. Even if I did, I shouldn't of tried to do it. You're my brother, my TWIN brother. It's like killing myself and not just because of the looks...." I looked down to his chest, "But because of the heart, at the time, I was fighting against myself to not do it but the rage....it took over." I got out of the car and he did as well.
