Sam or Hayes?

Chapter 12

Matthew's POV

She was standing there alive with the O2L guys. Kian's arm was around her waist. Did they have a thing going on, if he did anything to her I was gonna kill him. He looked over towards me and I got nervous and didn't know what to say so I just stood there staring. Kian and Alex whispered to each other for a while then she started walking over here.

"Nash, Nash wake up." I said shaking him a little.

"Ugh why?" Nash said sleepily than opened his eyes.

"Uh Matthew, why are you carrying me?" I dropped him gently.

"Oh sorry, you were sleeping and I didn't want to wake you." I said than put me hands in my pockets, a habit I do when I'm nervous, and looked towards Alexandra. She was walking towards me with Jc close behind her. I started running towards her. She ran behind Jc and she looked... scared? I stopped running and just stood there until... THUD!

Jc turned quickly around and fell to the ground. I sprinted towards him screaming. "Alex, no! Alex!" I say and fall to the ground next to Jc. "Alex, Alexandra time to wake up." I said while gently shaking her. Please come back please Alex please I said in my head. Everybody was surrounding her now.

"Move, everybody move!" Jc said pushing back the crowd. I looked over and saw Connor talking fast on the phone. I reached down to grab her but Kian beat me and picked her up bridle style.

"The ambulance there on their way but they can't come on the peir." Connor yelled while running over to us. Kian just started running and I was about to follow but then someone grabbed me and pulled me back.

"Matthew....Hayes." Nash said in a pleading tone. I looked at him and his eyes. Oh how I love his eyes. I looked back over to Alexandra. All the O2L guys were protecting her so I knew she was gonna be safe. So I stayed with Nash.

Kian's POV

I watched her walk with Jc over to her brother. He ran towards her and I saw the look on her face. I took a step forward towards her. Her eyes rolled to the back of her head. I started sprinting.

"Jc!" I yelled and he turned around quickly and fell to the ground. I fell to the ground with him. By this time her brother was here too. I picked her up bridal style in my arms. Then I heard "can't come on the peir." I ran. I keep running and running until I was off the peir. I heard Sam and Trevor breathing heavily behind me.

"Kian, look." I turned my head in the way Trevor's hand was pointing. The ambulance was coming quickly down the road. All the cars were moving out of the way. There was flashing lights and sirens. The ambulance came to a screeching stop in front of us and 2 men came out.

"Only 2 can come with." the man said while laying Alex down on the gurney.

"Sam, Kian you 2 go, I'll wait here for the other guys then we'll meet you there." Trevor said.

Sam and I jumped in the back of the ambulance with one of the men while the other ran to the drivers seat. Sam was bailing and I was just sitting there thinking... this is all my fault.
