Narrator's POV

Inside of Riddle Manor, Tom Riddle, CEO of Slytherin Corp lounged on the sofa in the living room watching his little angel, the two year old Anaelle —who had curly black hair and emerald green eyes, and was wearing a white lace sweater and black tights—, dance to whatever show she was watching on Disney Jr or Nick Jr while Hadrian was on the phone with his uncles, Remus and Sirius Black, who would be coming over for Christmas in a few day's time.

He let a soft smile display across his features; as a business man, he was unusually wore a blank expression and his mind constantly calculated his surroundings, but here in his home with only his darling Neko and their first child (and soon to be second since Hadrian was three months along), his emotions could be displayed.

"Papa!" Anaelle giggled, climbing onto her father's stomach, trying to get his attention

Tom pulled one earbud out of his left ear (he had been listening to the audiobook Dark Lord, the Rise of Darth Vader, since he couldn't stand the constant singing that was on children's television) and pressed a kiss to his daughter's cheek, "Yes, angel?"

"Is Grandpa and Grampy coming for Chrismas?" Anaelle asked

"They are, angel, they'll be here in two days." Tom answered

Sirius and Remus raised Hadrian from the age three to twenty-two (the year they met and married) after his parents died in a car crash caused by a drunk driver.

"YAY!"' Anaelle cheered, jumping off of her father and going back to her show

The next day, Hadrian was sitting in the backseat of a car, happily bottle-feeding his daughter as his personal bodyguards, Fred and George Weasley-Black, drove the car to the closest grocery store.

After they parked, the group of four got out of the car, George quickly fetched a shopping cart for the pregnant Neko, and they went inside.

Hadrian pushed the cart, Anaelle held onto her mummy's iPhone while watching Moana for the umpteenth time, and the twins walked behind them a few paces away —even though Hadrian said they could stand next to him since they were pseudo-brothers but they insisted it wasn't proper.

People tended to avoid Nekos rather than risk upsetting them and feeling the wrath of their mate, so whenever Hadrian passed people just moved out of the way.

It had taken forever for Hadrian to convince Tom to let him come here, saying that he wanted to pick out Christmas Dinner himself for their small family of five (or eleven if you counted Hadrian's five pseudo-brothers who Sirius and Remus had signed guardianship of when they ran away from their biological parents as well as William's wife, Fleur).

Hadrian also knew that Tom would have preferred it if he had taken his personal bodyguards as well, Rabastan and Rodolphus LeStrange, but he had insisted that Fred and George were enough, he didn't want to leave Tom shorthanded.

Molly Weasley fumed around the Burrow's kitchen with her daughter, Ginny, and daughter-in-law, Lavender, as they made dinner for their family of six —since Bill, Charlie, Percy, and the twins left home permanently to get away from them.

"I didn't have seven children for none of them to be Nekos!" Molly fumed, frustrated on their lack of money, "And then have five of them walk out on us!"

"Ginny has crush on that Neko bitch she went to school with." Lavender mocked while cutting veggies

Molly scoldingly hit Ginny on the back of her head as every female in the room remembered Hadrian, "Nekos only go for men, you idiot, wealthy men. That damn slut in particular was just handed over from wealthy man to wealthy man to wealthy man; born to the real estate owning Potters then given to the oil-striking Blacks then married to businessman Tom Riddle."

Once they returned home from the grocery store, the twins pit the groceries up and went back to work leading the toy department of Tom's company, leaving Hadrian and Anaelle alone in the manor.

Anaelle played with some of her dolls on the rug in the living room while her mummy read The Ranger's Apprentice: the Ruins of Gorlan (A/N: book one of my favorite book series) when suddenly the doorbell rang.

Hadrian picked his baby up —not wanting to leave her alone and risk her accidentally hurting herself— and went towards the front door, looking through the peephole he saw someone he hadn't seen in years: Ginny...
