When Jirou was nine his parents and older brother passed away in a car crash. He and his brother had to live with their uncle who is a drunk. His uncle forced him to work in his bar making drinks. His uncle was very pleased with this, because Jirou is very good at mixing things due to his baby brother's picky eating habits.
