a little is usually a person who regresses in age when put in particular situations or sometimes in, someone who likes to act younger than they are, sometimes it can be voluntary and other times involuntary - could be age dreaming or age regression, most littles aren't little 24/7 but when they are little they slip into littlespace

a caregiver is quite self explanatory, it is simply the person who cares for a little, not all littles have caregivers but when a caregiver is present they take on the role of a parent for their little
