As I was deeply into reading my book at lunch I hear Michael say across from me, "Hey Faggot" I looked up from my book and saw that idiotic smirk on his face. Man I wish I could just punch that right off of him, but I would surely be tackled back.
"Ready for you daily dosage of pain?" He asked
I didn't even need to answer cause we all know he would do it anyway.
I looked back down at my book trying to ignore him but Michael stood up and slammed me to the ground. He started punching and kicking me.
"S-Stop P-please!!" I cry out to him
He stood for a second but only to say "Look the little fat ass actually talked for once!" Then back to the pain.
I started to feel numb and then all at once it stopped. The kicking the Punching the spitting all I stopped. I peeked from behind my hands and saw that Cassie was holding Michael in a painful looking position
"Will you stop hurting him?" She asked Michael
"Yes! Yes! Let go of me please!!!" He cried out.
"Only if you promise." She said while holding him in tighter.
"I promise!!!" He screamed
"Fine" Cassie said letting go and dropping Michael to the floor. She crouched down and said
"If you ever hurt him or anyone for that matter I will hunt you down and shoot you." She said walking away.
Everyone was staring at her. She walked towards me and helped me off the floor.
I couldn't stand for long before I fell back down. Man Michael hurt me good this time! I could barely move without a spike of pain shooting through my body.
She lifted me up and put me in a seat at a table. She sat in another and looked at me.
"thank you" I said barely audible.
She looked really surprised that I even talked and said with a smile "Your Welcome Calum."
Why is she being so nice to me? She was the first person to ever stand up for me let alone talk to me!
"why did you do that?" I mumbled looking at my hands.
"because friends need to stand up for each other!" She said
I looked at her big green eyes. I was so confused. She wants to be My friend? No one ever wants to be my friend.
"Wait we are friends?"
"Yeah I mean if that is okay with you. I don't really know anyone here and you seem like a cool guy." She says to me.
"Well you don't want to hang out with me. I don't want you to be hurt. That could you being beat up on" I say to Cassie. She just laughs at what I say
"I don't are what people think. Plus it will be hard to hurt me. My dad trained me in self defense. That's how I knew how to hold him in that position without breaking or hurting him to badly." She says
I just laugh. She is like a bad ass type of girl.
"From looking at you I would have never thought that you would know how to beat up someone."
"That's the thing. I always catch them off guard"
She says laughing

Hope you like that chapter and next chapter I think will be really cute and cheesy stuff.
But anyway I have exciting news.
I MIGHT GET TICKETS TO SEE 5SOS LIVE HEN THEY COME ON THE AMERICAN TOUR!!!!
