Sam's POV
As my boss stepped inside his office,he slammed the door after in anger. " where's the got damn girl Sam!?" My body felt like it was on fire, my hands were shaking, and my thoughts were scattered making it impossible to think. It was several minutes till i was able to take a deep breath and speak. " What are you going to do to her?" His breath quickened and his heart pounded as he stared at me in disbelief. after a while, he said " You have no right to question me Sam"
" i-i it was just a question boss" I stammer not able to control my breathing. As i stared at my worn out converse, my boss walked towards me. his heavy footsteps startled me causing me to jump back in shock. once his black boots touched the tip of my converse, he leaned in and whispered. " if you don't bring me the girl by tomorrow night, i'm going to kill you and everyone you love." I've never been so frightened in my entire life. My boss quickly walked passed me and jerked the door open. " Leave" I rush out of his office without hesitation and exit the building. once i was outside, i fell to the ground gasping for air.
who knew a small man like him could be so terrifying.
short chapter because i have to study. but i wanted to update a little so you guys wouldn't think i wasn't trying or anything on this book. i'll update REVENGE as well tomorrow so be patient.
