Musical Heart

Chapter 7

I woke up the next morning. GD was shaking me awake. I rubbed my eyes and looked at him.
"What do you want?"
"Are you free today?" I saw a smile on his face.
"Yeah, till 3. Why?"
"Because I want to take you to work with me."
"You sure? Is YG ok with it?"
"I'm sure he will be fine. I could tell him that you're helping me with the songs."
"Fine. Just give me a few minutes." I then stood up and looked through some clothes. I then threw on a dark gray sweatshirt and black ripped jeans with some white tennis shoes and a light gray beanie.
"Okay, I'm done," I said grabbing my phone and mini backpack. I turned around and saw him smiling.
"What?" I asked.
"Nothing, you just look good in that," he said
I smiled back at him before grabbing his arm and pulling him out the door.
We walked out of the front door to the black vans that were parked outside in the parking lot.
We got into the van and put our seatbelts on. I pulled my mask and put it on, but moved it so it was under my chin. I looked over to GD. He had done that same thing.

We soon arrived at YG entertainment. I pulled the mask up over my mouth. I climbed out of the car. I walked inside with GD at my side.
GD then led me to his studio. I sat down on the couch on at the back of the room. I watched GD sit in his chair.
"So, I was also wanting you to hear this beat to see if you liked it," he said and span around to play the music on the computer.
I sat there and listen to the sound. When it was finished, I looked over at the computer again.
"Do you have any lyrics yet?" I asked. I saw he flip through a couple of pages in a notebook.
"Yeah, I have these." He then handed me the notebook. I then looked through it.
I nodded my head in approval. "Looks good so far. Are you planning to write some more?"
"Yeah, that's why I wanted to have you come."
"Hmm. Yet me heard the music again."

We finally got most of the lyrics done before TOP came in. He sat next to me on the couch.
"What you guys doing?" he asked.
"Just working on a song," I replied.
"Can I hear it?"
I looked over to GD who seemed to be in focus on the lyrics. His eyes skimmed the words. He soon looked up.
"Why don't we record some," he said then glanced back down at the notebook. "There is a small recording place over there."
"That sounds great," I said. We went over to the place and GD went back into the recording room.
I sat down in the chair at the sound booth. I looked up to GD. He gave the thumbs up and I played the music to his part.
He started to rap. I looked over to TOP. He was moving his head to the music.
Once GD part was over. I gestured TOP to the recording studio. I went through the music to get to the right part for TOP.
Once I was finished, I waiting for the thumbs up from TOP. Once he did, I played the music and he started rapping to his part in the song.
Once he finished, I gave him a thumbs up. I replayed the recorded raps. I looked over to GD to see his reaction to the raps.
"I think it sounds well," I said. "It just needs its vocalists." I saw him nod and I stood up to go and find the others. As I walked out of the studio, I ran into someone.
"I'm sorry," I said as I bowed down.
"No no, it is fine. I should have watched where I was walking," he said.
I looked up at him. I then recognized him. It was Yoon from one of the boy groups, WINNER.
"You must be Yoon then."
"How do you know me? I have never seen you around YG entertainment before."
"That's because I came here with G- Dragon. It is my first time being here."
"Well, I hope I see you around more often." He then smiled at me before I walked away to find the rest of the BigBang members.

I hopped into the van with GD right behind me. His day of working at the company was over. We finished recording the whole song when it was a couple of minutes before we had to go back to the dorm.
I fastened my seat belt. I turned over to GD who was writing more things down in his notebook.
"What are you writing?" I asked leaning my head over to him.
"Just some more things for other songs. I want to show YG something good," He replied not looking up at me.

I walked into the JYP building. I bowed my head down to the lady at the front desk as I pasted her. I headed down to the practice room that Got7 was in.
I was going to pick them up and take them to go and get something to eat. I walked into the room. All eyes flashed over to me.
"Oh, it is only Min," Youngjae said. I smiled at his comment.
"Ready to go?" I asked.
"Go where?" Mark said standing up and walking over to me. The others soon followed him.
"Well, I take you all out to get something to eat. You all must be starving," I said.
"Finally!" Jackson yelled as he ran and grabbed my wrist and started to pull me out of the room. "Let's go!"
The others scrambled out of the room and followed Jackson. I pulled my wrist from his hand. Jackson stopped and turned around.
"You don't even know where we are going." The others soon caught up to us.
BamBam stopped next to me. "So where are we going?"
"I'll show you," I said and turned away with a smile.
I walked out of JYP was hopped into the cars that will take us. BamBam, Jackson, and Jinyoung all hopped into the car with me.
"I'm so hungry. I want to know where we're eating," Jackson whined and made a pouting face.
"You'll know when we get there," I smirked.

We soon pulled up to Aori Ramen. I turned around to look at Jackson. I saw his face light up.
"We're eating here!" he said as he started to bounce around in the car as we parked the car.
"Have you forgotten that I know BigBang. I always eat for free here," I said remembering Seungri. Thank you, I thought to myself.
Everyone got out of the cars. We all walk into the restaurant. I nodded to the person at the desk.
"Min," I said.
They nodded and took all of us back into a private room.
