Being the only girl in the gang was hard. Listening to all their problems and nastiness was the usual.
She noticed him. She did even if he didn't feel like it.
He didn't have to do all this, but she was his ride or die no matter what.
"They jumped me bro!" Brandon yelled in Rico's face.
"They jumped me and y'all asses don't wanna help me get them back! Come on now bro, this is all I fucking ask!" Brandon started yelling and pacing the floor.
Quickly Brandon turned and punched the wall.
Rico ran up on him and it escalated.
"Stop hitting shit." Rico pushed Brandon. Brandon looked him up and down then pushed him back. It went from pushes to punches.
"Break that shit up! Aye! AYE! Albert, get they asses." I yelled out when they started ramming into walls.
Albert pulled Rico off Brandon and sat him in the couch. The busted lip I had fixed up to the best of my ability was once again bleeding.
"Come on." I said taking Brandon to the bathroom.
*** I was dabbing the gash on Brandon's lip.
"This needs to stop. All this fighting...I just can't keep seeing you get hurt. I thought Flaco would've finished you off last night."
"We just need to get to my uncles house, he can help." Brandon muffled out.
Brandon shivered as I dabbed a little too hard on his lip.
"Sorry, I'm just nervous. If you really go after him you'll probably end up dead over these shoes. How about I just get you another pair? Birthday present?" I said staring into his big brown eyes.
I felt his hand faintly graze over my cheek. Then down my neck, tickling the sensitive skin there. To the back of my neck and gently but forcefully pulling my neck forward.
Our lips met and it was heavenly.
I pulled him into me and he brought our hands to this lap.
I'll never forget the taste of blood and mint on my tongue.
My first kiss.
"I'll get those shoes back. Trust and believe that, baby."
