Nightmare

"Shiro?"

You called out for your boyfriend, but to no avail.

You didn't really know where you were.

It was almost pitch black, but you could make out a small dimly lit room a few steps away from your left.

You walked towards the room, thinking it would be safer near at least some kind of light.

As you walked in, you immediately felt a horrible vibe emitting from it.

You could barely make out dark stains on the carpet.

In the center was a bed; all messed up and stained just like the carpet.

You shivered and decided to leave the room.

"Where are you going?"

You heard a voice behind you.

When you turned around you saw Shiro. You almost jumped out of your skin.

"Shiro.. You scared me."

You sighed in relief.

"Shiro where are we? What is this place?" You asked as you looked around the room again.

"Don't you know?"

You gave him a confused look.

"No.."

He grinned devilishly.

"I kill people here.."

You froze.

"Wh-what are you talking about...?"

You took a step back, but he followed you.

"You heard me. I kill people here. And now, your gonna die here."

His eyes began to glow an evil yellow.

You started shaking.

"Wh-who are you...?"

He stares at you.

"Your worst nightmare...~"

He stabs you right in the center of your stomach.

You screamed out in pain.

"Y/N! Y/N!"

Shiro was woken up by your screams and tried shaking you awake.

You woke up with a cold sweat.

You breathed heavily.

"Y/N, are you alright? You were screaming in your sleep."

He reached for your face, but you wouldn't let him touch you.

"Hey.. What's wrong?"

You whimpered.

"You...."

You felt tears start to form in your eyes.

"Tried to.. kill me..."

You began to quietly sob.

Shiro pulled you close to him and this time you let him touch you.

You realised that this wasn't the same Shiro in your nightmare.

You cling onto him tightly and sob into his chest.

"Shh.. Its alright. I'm here."

He gently stroked your head.

"I would never hurt you Y/N. You know that don't you?"

You pulled away from him and looked into his grey-brown eyes with your tear filled E/C eyes, slowly nodding.

He gently wiped your tears away and stared back into your eyes.

"I love you Y/N."

You smiled up at him.

"I love you too."

He smiled and kissed you lovingly.

You kissed back, wrapping your arms around him.

When you both needed air, you both pulled away and lay back down.

He puts his arm over your side and pulls you closer to him, pulling the covers over the both of you with his other hand.

"Do you want the lamp on?"

You firmly shake your head, remembering the dimly lit room.

He chuckles lightly.

"Okay."

He gently kisses your forehead, making you giggle quietly.

"Goodnight Y/N~"

You smile.

"Night Shiro~"

And with that you peacefully fall asleep.

Knowing that Shiro would chase away any other nightmares that would try to scare you in the night.

I realised that both my germany x reader and this book both have some kind of violence in the first chapters, what the hell is wrong with me? Oh well..😅 Anyways, hope you enjoyed!
