Connection

1 HOUR IN

~MINX POV~

We were an hour in and Chilled and I were kicking butt. The other team had seemed to forgotten how Chilled and I were such a good team together. We decided to quit playing prop hunt and move on to some murder.

~CHIMED POV~

"Since when did you two get so good?" Adam asked with a sarcastic tone.

"Oooooh Adam, as much as retardedededs we may be, it all changes once we're on a team." I said, while Minx adding an evil laugh in the background.

"Yeah why is that? You two work together better than Adam and I." Cathy replied.

I kind shrugged the question off knowing my reason was kind of weird.

Ever since we first met I felt a connection. I never knew what kind of connection... It was just there. I think Minx felt it as well but I was never too sure. Sometimes I felt like she would try to pretend it wasn't there.

"Well we were friends while growing up, and we still are now... Maybe that helps," She replied taking cover for me.

~ADAM POV~

They did work rather well as a team... Well later I guess I'll talk to Chilled and try to get more information out of him.

10 HOURS IN

~CHILLED POV~

It was 6pm so everyone decided to take an hour dinner break. I was in the middle of eating my dinner, (Salsbury steak and cooked broccoli) when I received a text from Adam saying "Hey get on the call again,"

I don't why he wanted me too but I quickly finished my last bite and headed back to the computer.

~ADAM POV~

I thought about what I was going to ask Chilled when I heard him Join back on.

"Hey Adam, what's up" He asked, as I thought about the question that will get the most information out of him.

"What's really up with you and Minx?"

Chilled sighed and told me about a connection he always had with her but how it was really no big deal. I then asked the question I really wanted to know.

"Ok ok, so uh, hey Chilled?"

"Yes? He answered back sounding quite nervous.

"Do you like Minx?"
