It was Friday evening which Zephyr had off. She was sitting outside on the castle grounds with Hermione's Hogwarts: A History. But she wasn't reading at all, her mind drifting to different places while staring at the clouds with beautiful reddish glow. Reading was never her thing. She saw Harry and Ron going down to Hagrid's hut. They disappeared inside and Zephyr was again slipping in her beautiful world when she felt someone sit beside her.
'Hello, dreamer!'
Aries grinned at her and she smiled at him. He dropped Daily Prophet beside him. Zephyr stared at the moving images in them. She had once seen it in Laura's room but before she could reach out for it Laura had already hidden it back. On the daily prophet, one article caught Zephyr's eyes.
Gringotts Break-In Latest
Investigations continue for the break-in at Gringotts vault at 31st July, it is widely believed it was work of evil witches or wizard unknown.
Gringotts goblins confirmed that nothing had been taken. The vault had been searched and emptied the same day. Rumour, that the vault number was 713, confirmed.
'Strange.' Zephyr muttered. Aries at what she was reading. He seemed a bit uneasy. 'What's strange?'
'My vault number is 714......... the goblin seemed a bit pale when we reached our vault......... he was okay when we reached back up.......' She muttered and Aries looked at her confused. Then she suddenly exclaimed. 'Exactly! He was afraid to go there because it is believed that the break-in was done by someone evil. You get it Aries?'
'I don't?'
And she went on explaining him everything. Aries nodded still a bit edgy. 'So you saying that your vault is 714 and when you went to take some money out the goblin with you was really afraid cause your vault was just beside the vault which was emptied. Also, everyone believed that the break-in was done by someone evil.'
'Yes,' she breathed.
'Why are we discussing this? It's obvious he was afraid.' Zephyr looked at him confused. 'I just felt to discuss it. Anyway, I haven't met your Hufflepuff friend Cedric yet, so when are you going to introduce us?'
***
Zephyr returned to Ravenclaw common room after dinner. She sat at one of the tables staring at the starry ceiling above. Her half completed Transfiguration homework lay before her. The stars above and cool air coming from the window brought peace to her and she was soon gone into a deep slumber.
When she woke she caught a glimpse of Nivalisa's black hair near the girl's dormitory. She saw her books laid out on the couch. Zephyr looked around and silently walked towards it. There lay at least eight books. All were thick and with a dark cover.
