Chapter 9, Patrick & Henry & Y/n

Y/n's POV
My entire body is aching I can barely sit up without wincing in pain but I need to take a shower I feel disgusting I walk into the bathroom and start the shower before taking my clothes off and then my bandages I look at myself in the mirror and think "how could I have let this happen to myself?"
I had gone to the doctors the other day and found out I had three broken ribs a concussion a sprained wrist and a lot of cuts and bruises all over my body they said my busted lip and the rest of the cuts on my face would heal faster then the ones on my body if I keep taking my meds they gave me. I remove my brace from my wrist because I'm not supposed to get it wet and I step into the shower I was in the middle of my shower when I saw a mixture of blood and water falling to the shower floor my cuts had started bleeding again when I saw it I just remembered that night it kept playing over and over again in my head then I started to remember every other time that she has beaten me how I couldn't go to school because my bruises were so bad I felt the overwhelming urge to cry I haven't cried since the night that I showed up at Belch's house I sat on the shower floor curled up into a ball and cried my eyes out it felt nice to just release those emotions when I wanted to feel safe all I could think about was Henry he was so protective and he knows what I'm going through but there is something with Patrick though it may just be sexual attraction with Henry it's different there are emotions involved. I realize I have been in the shower a long time and get out I dry of and put my brace on and wrap a towel around me I start to walk to my room to bandage myself up again and find Henry and Patrick on my bed.
Y/n-What are you doing here?
P-We came to see.
H-We have been worried sick about you.
Y/n-I'm fine really
I lied I couldn't show them how much pain I was in they were already worried enough.
H-No you aren't Belch told us everything I know you aren't fine Y/n.
P-Please just show use where you are hurt.
Y/n-I guess so but let me put a bra and underwear on first.
P-Why it's nothing I haven't seen before.
He says with a mischievous smirk before get hit on the back of the head by Henry.
H-You aren't the only one dipshit.
Y/n-Boys behave yourself
H&P-Yes ma'am
I go into my closet and put on a matching bra and underwear before stepping out they turned to see me and their happy expressions turned to worry and anger.
H-My god Y/n
P-If that bitch wasn't in jail already I would kill her.
Y/n-I'm used to it.
Henry and Patrick rushed over to me and pulled me into a hug not so tight that it hurt but tight enough that it made me feel safe with them.
Y/n-Can you guys help me get bandaged up please it's harder when I have to do it myself.
P-Of course princess
H-Princess?
P-I don't know I'm trying out cute nicknames don't judge me.
H-Whatever let's just help her
They helped bandage me up before I went and changed into shorts and a tank top since I wore that all of my bruises that are on my legs and arms are visible.
H-We should go but if you need anything don't hesitate to call and ask.
P-We hope you come back to school soon.
Y/n-I probably will.
H-Alright well bye Y/n
P-Bye
Y/n-Bye guys love you...
I slapped my hand over my mouth after I said I love you I didn't mean to it just happened I looked at them they had roses cheeks and were smiling like idiots and chuckling lightly.
H&P-Love you too beautiful
They left my room leaving me with one question.
Do I really love them?

EMOTIONS!!
I focused a lot of this chapter on the emotional trauma that Y/n was going through due to what happened and the extremely horrible life she has had and how she was trying her best to get through her life without letting her mothers abusive tendency's control her and how Belch had helped her through it in a way but I still focused on the emotions between Y/n and Henry as well as Y/n and Patrick and I just want you to ask yourself does Patrick really have feelings for Y/n the way Henry does?
