you could've done more, distanced yourself from that disgusting man you called your boyfriend, your one true love.
you're so beautiful, a sweet thing in this world of weeds and wilted flowers.
at least you once were, but not any longer.
you're still out to get me, lingering in the recesses of my mind and popping up in the places we used to visit.
when you left, breaking your way through everything inside of me that i kept chained up, you must have gotten a piece of me stuck on you and taken it with you. you must still have a little part of me.
but, me? well, i've got the whole damn image of you implanted behind my eyes.
your sweet, empty face, now tainted by such an ugly world.
for such a such a smiling, sweet girl, you've got the ugliest of things inside of you.
