A human being may be clinically alive an yet despite all appearances be spiritually dead
To be prepared against surprise is to be trained 
To be prepared for surprise is to be educated
Hell
In my opinion 
Is never finding your true self 
Not living your own life
Never knowing who you are
The moment you become aware of the ego in you
It is strictly speaking no longer the ego
But just an old conditioned mind pattern 
Ego IMPLIES unawareness 
Ego and unawareness can not co exists
I'm sometimes suspicious of people who don't like dogs 
But I trust a dog when it does not like a person 
If you get tired
Learn to rest 
Not to quit 
It’s the invention of clothes, not nature, that made “private parts” private.
