Dark storming waters, full of pain,
sadness, grief of a broken heart.
I was shattered glass, a mosaic,
broken by another's love I'd lost.
A light burned out, an emptiness
carried inside. Weighing on me.
It was a presence that looked over,
a shadow behind my eyes.
All of this wrong before you, righted by you, my light in the dark, you chased out my demons. Your love filling my emptiness, sealing the abyss.
