Chapter 1~ Tressa Part 1

I ran. I ran past the old factories, stores and bookshops that lined the street. When I got to Maple street, I stopped. I ran into Lucy's book store, grabbing books from the shelves and shoving them into my book bag. There were so many books here. I can't believe that Casper would still have this bookshop standing. Ash covered the windows like a blanket of depressing snow.

I heard men shouting and ducked behind the front desk. My heart was thumping like a drum in my chest, threatening to expose myself to the mysterious men. I heard the faint ring of the doorbell as the men walked in, Casper behind them. I heard their footsteps get closer and closer.

"Should we guard while you search, master Black?", said a dark, deep voice coming from the footsteps by the front door.

"Yes, of course. We've been over this before.", said Casper.

"Do you think you will ever get all 10 books?", said another voice from the back door.

"Of course I will. I already have 2 and I've only searched the United States. That's pretty good if you ask me.", Shouted Casper Black.

"Yes Sir, sorry sir.", said one if the mysterious men.

"What are you waiting for? Get to work lazy bums!", Casper shouted.

"yes sir, sorry sir.", said the same mysterious man.

They immediately started ripping books apart and throwing them on the floor. Tears silently streamed down my face as I curled into a ball under the desk. The sound of all the books falling to the ground made me start to cry even harder. I stopped, remembering that Casper and his men were still in the building. I hated Casper. I hated his men. All these authors spent so much time creating and writing these books and he just takes them and destroys them so no one can ever read them again."Why do such a thing?", you might wonder. Well, a long time ago...

Hey you crazy fans!!!! You blow me away!!! Littearly... Anywho, this is about my fifth book on wattpad. I have never completed completed a book (lol 'cause im LAZAY!), but I plan to complete this book sometime in my life. It is marshmallow_queen s birthday so shoutout to her.. HAPPY FRIGGIN BIRTHDAY MARSHMALLOW_QUEEN!!!! I will only update half of a chapter cause for whatever reason, I write a long chapter and save it like 20 cabillion times, and IT STILL DOESEN"T SAVE!!! HULK SMASH!!! Just kidding, I would never smash your beautiful faces...(not). So thats about it for now. Type ya later. :)
