Hey everyone! Sorry about not continuing the story for a while. I figured some people lost interest and didn't continue, but I am back and ready to continue! From here on, I plan to post every Tuesday. As always, I thank everyone for their support and I hope you enjoy!^.^

Asta stood 10 meters away from me, which after that kiss made it feel too far away. I couldn't help but want to get closer again, to relive that moment. My cheeks burned bright crimson as my mind wandered to the kiss.
"Are you ready?" Asta said eagerly. I slapped my hands against my cheeks, snapping out of the euphoria. "Of course I am! Who do you think I am?" I said while flipping one of my pigtails. I aimed my wand at Asta, praying for once in my life not to hit him and took a sharp breath as I begun to cascade my magic into it.
The sand and shells surrounding us began to light up in a light shade of blue as the moonlight hit the growing orb of water. I closed my eyes and released the orb. I opened my eyes to only see what I had expected, the orb was flying way over Asta's head and crashed behind him, sending sand and shells all over him.

I heard Asta sigh as he dusted himself off. I felt bad, but seeing him covered in sand made me burst out laughing. "Hey! Were you planning to do that?!" Asta shouted, being his usual obnoxious self. "Of course not! I wanted to hit you, but I have to admit, seeing you covered in sand is equally as good!" I watched as his eye twitched with irritation. "Okay, lets try this again, but without the sand!" he shouted.

Finally being able to calm myself down I trained with him for hours, sending orb after orb, only to miss. Asta was able to occasionally run over and slice the orb, canceling the magic. I could feel my arms become heavy after using so much magic, but my heart wanted to keep going.
I didn't want to be known as the failure that killed our mother anymore. My grip around the wand tightened. "Why won't you go the way I want!" I screamed. Frustration was filling every inch of my being. Asta noticing my frustration, closed his grimoire and began to walk towards me. He was covered in sweat and sand, which forced my cheeks to blush.
"If you're going to walk over here with the likes of me, you better not look like that!" I told Asta, my mind once again screaming at me. Asta dusted himself off which was odd. He never would do that, especially with the way I asked.

"Is it possible that...?" My eyes shut tightly as I shook my head violently, I slumped onto the ground. "No way. He would never-" my thought process was interrupted by a slight pressure on my shoulder. I opened my eyes to see that it was Asta's hand. I could feel my heart pounding in my ears as I looked up to see Asta looking away from me.
"I-is he blushing?" My eyes opened wide at the thought, my mouth slightly opened in astonishment. "Let's take a break for a little while. You won't improve if you're frustrated.". My hand trembled as I began to reached towards his, my body was no longer in control. "A-asta..." his hand was a mere inch away before a muffled giggle was heard somewhere behind us.

"What! Who! Where?!" Asta said startled. "Eek!" A voice which sounded all too familiar. "Kahono..?" I asked. "Okay, okay fine you caught me. Don't stop though, things were just getting interesting!" said just before giggling again. The pressure that was on my shoulder was removed and with it, my heart plummeted to my stomach.
"You two didn't have to stop, y'know." She said pouting as she stepped out from behind a larger boulder. "Why were you stalking us? Asta said in his usual annoying way. "I wasn't stalking, I just like hiding behind rocks. They're quite nice y'know." She said as she held her nose high. My eyes darted between the two as they conversed.
"Okay, then why were you hiding behind rocks?" He said, putting emphasis on hiding. "Oh to watch you two on your date." She said with a giggle.

Asta slapped his hand to his face and shouted "That is stalking and this is not a date!" Asta said with a flushed face. Kahono let out a sigh "Enough about my night time hobbies. I couldn't help but notice that you seem to be struggling with controlling your magic." She said as she glanced in my direction. My eyes darted away from her's.
"S-so what?" I said embarrassed. Before she could answer, Asta being the air head he is said "I forgot to ask, but why were you singing on a rock earlier, you know, before you started stalking us.". "I was doing vocal training! So that someday I can become an idol!" She said with a large smile to which the moon paled. "Idol?" Asta and I asked in unison. Her smile vanished as her jaw dropped open. "What do you mean idol?!"
