"Where is this voice coming from?" Asta glanced around the beach until something caught his attention. His eyes forming stars. Astonishment being exuded from every pore as he watched small water pockets floating all around both Noelle and himself. I was unfazed by the water but was instead hypnotized by the beauty of the voice. I noticed a silhouette ontop of a rock formation. The head angeled toward the sky and the hands clenched against its chest. As suddenly as the water pockets and singing came, it stopped. "Eek! You heard that! How embarrassing!" The silhouette said in a soft-spoken voice as it jumped down. The moon light revealed a girl with long black hair, curling around itself to form a spiral down to her feet. A white dress ending mid-thigh. "She is beautiful." I thought. "I wonder if Asta thinks the same?" Only to be followed by a rush of insecurity. "I'm Kahono, and since you heard me singing. There's no way around it! Let's be friends!" She said with a smile that lit the beach up. "What's your names?" Kahono said. Asta still dazzled. "I'm Noelle, and this meathead is stupidsta." I replied. "Ahh! It's nice to meet you, Noelle and Stupidsta." Asta snapping from his hypnosis. "No! My name is not Stupista. It's Asta! Asta you hear?!" Asta said defensively. "I think I like Stupidsta better!" Kahono said with a chuckle. "So what are you two doing here? Perhaps a little date?" Kahono said with a raised eyebrow and a smile directed towards me. "W-WHAT?! Me with h-him?! N-no! I'm royalty and h-he is from hage! I would never!" I said flustered. My blush obvious as I waved my hands sporadically in front of me, but then I saw it. Asta wasn't smiling, but instead his faced displayed something similar to pain. He turned his back towards us to face the oceans endless waves. As Kahono came closer, "I don't think you're very good at dates." She said with a wink. I could feel my chest tighten at the thought of hurting him. "Why can't I tell him how I really feel." I thought as I hung my head dejectedly. Kahono placed a hand on my shoulder and looked me directly in the eyes, telling me exactly what to do without opening her mouth. I closed my eyes and took a sharp breath and exhaled shakily. I felt a soft ocean breeze envelop me. When I opened my eyes Kahono was no longer there, not even her footprints. I took a step towards Asta, when he sat down in the sand. The waves washing over his feet, his elbows on his knees as he looked across the ocean. I could feel my heart racing. I flipped my left pig tail to give myself the facade of confidence and walked over to him. "What's going on in that head of yours, Stupidsta?". "Have you ever been looked down upon because of your lack in something?" Asta said. I grimaced as thoughts of my own family mocking me for my lack of magical control flooded into my mind. "Of course. I'm known as the reason our mother died, and as a failure to the Silva name. Everyday I would be put down or insulted, and no matter how much I would train, or focus I could never get it right." I could feel a tear begin to well up in my eye. "I-I never know why I can't control it. No matter how many times I ask myself.". I could feel his arm wrap around me in an attempt to comfort me and for once I didn't want to push him away but instead I rolled my head onto his chest, my hands clenching his shirt as tears streamed down my cheeks. "For o-once I just want to f-feel appreciated." His other arm wrapped around me. I heard him for the first time not speaking obnoxiously loud. "When I become the Wizard King, I'll rid the world ruled by magic, where Orphans and the poor can live happily. Where people like myself can live without ridicule. A happier world." As he spoke I could feel myself no longer feeling the urge to cry. I looked up to him, my heart was no longer racing, my hands moved by themselves as I reached up and softly cupped his cheeks, lifting myself up to his face. I could feel his cheeks become warm as our faces were inches away. My lips quivered as I slowly leaned in and closed my eyes. The next moment felt like an eternity as I felt his body lean closer. When suddenly, I felt his soft touch against my cheek. I opened my eyes and saw the side of his face. My first kiss with Asta. I couldn't believe what was happening. The only thought going through my head was "I beat Rebecca! She might've kissed him first but I was the first for him to kiss back!"  The thought of it made time itself slow down. "I don't know what you've been through, but you'll never be alone. I promise." Asta said softly into my ear. "Now then!" Asta began to stand up, reaching out his hand. I grabbed his calloused hand and he lifted me off the ground. "We still have training to do! If you think that we can slack off now. You're sadly mistaken!" Asta said, screaming to the sky. I flipped my left pig tail and responded. "Okay!"
