You must stop now

and try to hear it.

I can hear some voices

whispering in the dark.

Can you understand their sorrow?

They sound so painful,

they sound so hopeless,

expressing their loneliness.

Nobody can deny

this terrible truth.

We all can hear

these lonely souls

whispering in the dark.

Someday, I'll have gone.

You'll no longer see me.

But you'll hear my voice

whispering in the dark.
